ANTONELLA’S POV

My eyes shot open immediately and I turned around to see what had become of me. How was I going to deal with this new life? I was filled with so much hate and disgust for him even though I did not understand what was going on with me anymore. I had no idea of where I was and how I had gotten there. Nowhere seemed familiar. It was a big beautiful room with a plate of food on the table that was opposite me.

It filled my nostrils immediately but I could not dare to try to eat. I had no idea who had put the food there. I was so weak and tired that I could barely get up.

Just then, a maid walked in with a smile on her face. Realizing I was up, she ran back outside immediately. What was wrong with her? I was still about to ask her about where I was but I could not. Had it all been a dream or was this the dream? I pinched myself to be sure I was not dreaming and no, I was not.
