We arrived at Jayden's house. A wave of fear, anxiety and nervousness hit me so hard that it became difficult for me to get out of the car. I felt stuck to my seat and wouldn't want to step out of the car.

Donald reached out to my hand and touched it.

"We are here. Are you okay?

"Huh? I had zoned out.

"Are you really sure that you want to do this? You know we can leave and come back another day or probably leave the country and return back to New York city"

"No, we don't have to do that. I have to do this and get it over with. I'm good' I forced out a smile, hiding the pain I feel.

"Okay'

Donald got out of the car. I undid my seat belt and my door opened.

Donald was standing right outside my door, he stretched his hand to me.

"Hold my hand, I promise I won't let go"

"Comforting" I chuckled.

I got out of the car and Donald moved to the trunk to unload my bags.

I took a few steps forward and memories came flashing back like lightening, beautiful memories.
