Saphira's POV

        

"Pearls!! Your tears are turning to pearls!! Wow!! I will finally be rich! " Jeffrey said with excitement..

"What do you mean by that?" I asked confused..

"Its simple! If you want me to spare your family, then you will have to accept to become my slave and your duty is to cry out two bags of pearls each day.."

I raised my eyebrows.

" What?" I exclaimed.

Maybe, I didn't hear right.

"Yes. You heard me right" He snorted, reading my mind.

I chuckled. " You have finally gone mad" 

He shot me a hard stare.

"I will never be a slave to a heartless beast like you" I yelled with all the strength left in me.

"Really!! That's cool but I just wish you don't regret it later" he said with a calm voice..
