Eden entered his apartment after a long day of work. He was supposed to stay with Harvey, but Tyler told him he could rest with his family. Unlike Eden, Tyler wasn't married and didn't have anyone waiting for him at home. Eden was more than thankful to his friend because he needed to spend some time with Leo. He's been busy lately as he looked after Harvey after the incident. His boss couldn't move his legs for days, and he took care of everything for him.
"Hey, my boy," he fainted on the couch next to Leo and rested his head on his thigh. "How was school today?"
Leo only shrugged and kept watching his cartoons. Eden thought he was mad at him for being absent, and he chuck
"And all of a sudden I felt really tired. Like the world had drained me for everything that I had."Unknown_Eden wakes up early this morning and puts on his sports outfit. He wants to run for an hour before he starts his day. But today, instead of grabbing only his phone and keys. He also takes a white envelope. Harvey didn't forget their conversation at the hospital room and made sure to get him the money he needed to cover this month. The Young Master wished he could pay Eden's entire debt, but his father would know about it as he was in control of all his credit cards. He couldn't risk Eden's position, nor could he provoke another fight with the Chairman.Eden pushes Leo's door slowly and watches him sleep soundly. He sighs, and a sad smile appears on his face. Leo deserves bette
"Won't you stay with me? Cause you're all I need."Sam Smith—Eden and Harvey lift their eyebrows and look at Henry with confusion as he was acting strange today. He's usually quiet and composed. Now, he's jamming to a song on the radio while moving his head left and right. And up and down. The music is loud, and they can hear his voice humming the lyrics.Eden looks at Harvey through the rearview mirror to ask him what is going on with him, but his boss is as clueless as him."Uh, Henry?" Eden taps the driver's leg. Henry lowers the music and looks at him with a smile, "Yes? Do you want me to drive you somewhere else?""No, not this. We are
"Family isn't always blood. It's the people in your life who want you in theirs; the ones who accept you for who you are. The ones who would do anything to see you smile and who love you no matter what."Unknown—Eden jumps outside of the bus and runs to the hospital entrance. He directly heads to the reception counter and asks the nurses about Olivia's room number. Eden thanks them and takes the elevator to go to the fourth floor. He stops in front of the room door and takes a deep breath before he knocks and gets inside. He spots an unfamiliar face standing up in front of the bed. He guesses it might be Olivia's classmate — the one who called him earlier.Eden approaches the bed, but before he takes a look at his wife, his eyes land on the blond-haired man sitting
Henry never enjoyed driving the car as much as today. Music filled the inside of the black BMW. Harvey and Leo are holding a concert this evening. Harvey connected his phone to the car's Bluetooth, and Leo was the DJ. Henry was surprised by his Young Master's patience as he let the kid choose whatever he wanted. He didn't complain about the childish songs or the loud ones. On the contrary, he sang with him and danced at the back of the car like he never did before. Leo's eyes are two moons. They brightly shine as he sings in his loudest voice possible. From time to time, he turns his head and smiles at Harvey, who already fell head over heels for his cuteness. When he looks at him, he sees a smaller version of Eden — an adorable one. "Where are we?" Leo
Kian and his younger brother, Will, take the bus to head to Harvey's mansion. Eden asked Kian to pick up Leo as he doesn't have time to go there because he needs to stay with Olivia at the hospital. Will just finished his dance classes and asked Kian if he could go with him as he gets bored alone at home. They leave the bus, and both look surprised as they've never been to the fancy zone of the city. There are villas and mansions everywhere. Everything looks nice — there's greenery everywhere, and fancy cars are parked in front of the houses."Damn," Will whistles as he follows his brother, "That's where the lucky people live,""You think they're lucky?" Kian furrows a brow, "Not because the
Olivia gets discharged from the hospital today. Eden leaves the faculty as soon as his class ends to catch the bus and head there. He's not the first to arrive; Lydia and Ben are standing in front of the reception counter to pay their daughter's medical fees. Eden stops walking and watches them take care of all the papers. He thinks he should be doing this as her husband, but Olivia's parents consider him incompetent and unworthy of her.Eden sighs and takes the elevator to go to her room. When he gets there, he gets surprised to see Travis already with her. He finishes packing her bag and helps her put on her jacket. Hegulps, and a ball forms in his throat as he regrets having gone to classes. He feels like he wasted his time there when he should have been at the hospital taking care of the papers and his wife.
Hunter turns around and finds Eden glaring at him. His hand is strong, and it holds his fist so tight it's painful. "Let go of me," he mutters."I thought I made myself clear before," Eden mumbles, "Not once. Not twice.""Let go," Hunter inhales sharply, "You see, you became a lowlife when you accepted to be his bodyguard. Harvey Clarke is a slut. He sleeps around and leaves with every moving dick. How could you do this to yourself, Eden? What if he infects you? Who knows? He might have a contagious illness,"Harvey gulps and looks down, too ashamed to look at Eden. Hunter is right. He's pretty known for sleeping with a different guy every night. Every one in the faculty knows that. But what's strange is how Hunter's words bothered him now. Of course, it's not the first time they fought. Hunter alw
Eden leaves the classroom, furious, as he just received a text from Jack. The loan sharks were waiting for him outside the faculty building. He can't believe how a month could pass by so fast. It's already time to pay them.Eden runs outside and spots the black-suited men smoking in a corner. He clenches his fists and takes a deep breath to calm his anger down."Jack," he fakes a smile when he approaches them, "You always choose the wrong moment to show up."Jack takes a look at his phone, "It's the first day of the month," he mumbles, "I'm on time,"Eden rolls his eyes and takes an envelope from his backpack. "Here," he hands it to Jack, "Only two months left. I don't want to see you again after that,""Aw, won't you miss me?" Jack pouts, and his men start laughing. "Hot boyfriend you got, by the way," he smirks."Boyfriend?" Eden lifts a brow.
