I heard Lu shouting “Stop!” and a chill ran down my spine. I ran inside the house. Boo was forcing Lucille to kiss him, saying they belong together. My head went blank and I ran toward them. The first thing my hand grabbed was his collar from the back. I pulled him away from Lu and punched his nose. Then when he tried to hit me back, I punched his stomach hard again and again until Boo fell on the floor. I bent over him and was gonna hit his face again when Lu ran over and pushed me.
