Spooning her he watched her snore peacefully through the night. Something was wrong, that he could tell and whatever had happened between them last night was her way of trying to get rid of whatever guilt that had embedded itself deep inside her chest.
But she wasn't ready to tell him what it was that burdened her. Her chest heaved and she pressed herself closer into the curve of his body, placing his hand just beneath her bosom. Hell, he was beginning to like this human—his human, his little demon.
But he wasn't meant to feel these feelings, all he'd wanted at first was her blood and a few romps between the sheets and not care about her as much as he did now—liking her was never part of his plan.
But he did anyways, he liked her and he was going to keep liking her as far SD liking was concerne

Feb. 30.2021 Lyra. Days passed and she patiently awaited him in the condo Leon had dropped her off—per his orders. Why she'd ended up in Queen'sbridge was unknown to her.
