Chapter 12: call

Benjamin rushed Catriona to the hospital. He can't believe what Catriona did for him. He looked at Catriona's body and the doctor beside her was assisting her.

He breathes heavily.

After he did it to Catriona, she still saved him. Thinking that Catriona will die because of him makes him guilty even more.

"Catriona, please be alive," he whispered, pleading.

Two police officers went near him and asked him what happened, they thought it was an accident because the driver of the car was drunk and went unconscious after hitting the wall.

"No, it's not an accident. Somebody wants me dead. I know it," Benjamin kept telling them.

"Alright, we will check the CCTV footage and we will inform you regarding this matter." They said and walked to the Police car.

Benjamin feels his life is not safe anymore. For him, maybe it's his wife doing. He knows what Kristi can do.

He gritted his teeth with annoyance.

"Kristi, do you want me dead?" He was furious after thinking that it was his wife's fault.
