Chapter 6.3

When I woke up the next morning, I heard some banging and clanking that was going on down stairs. As I grew curious, I got up carefully out of Jason's arms, then quietly left the room. I even tip-toed down the stairs incase anyone else was asleep.

When I entered the kitchen I saw Ty leaning over the stove with a spatula in his hands. I peaked around him and saw what he was making and my stomach almost growled. Eggs, bacon and pancakes. I smiled at the sight of him being around once again, and also at the fact that he hadn't noticed me come in. I held my breath and tip-toed around the island, quietly sneaking closer and closer. Then, when I was right behind him, I reached my hands out and squeezed his sides.

He jumped about two feet in the air and let out a quiet shout as he did, causing me to bust out laughing. I put my hand over to keep from waking everyone up, but I don't think it helped.
