Chapter 19

The old man's tale should make no meaning to me, but I don't know why it does, it seems to strike a chord in my heart, another piece in this puzzle that was my life. 

"The lady, your woman. What was she called? "I ask in spite of the warning in my head not to say anything to this regard. 

"Julie. I didn't know her for a long time, but for the little while we spent together, I was a different man. "

"How long ago was this? "

"Twenty-six years come spring. Young man that I was, foolish too. Shouldn't have let her go. " The old man replies. I guess in his present state of worry and regrets he didn't notice that I am asking too much for comfort. 

"All I want is to find Julie or the kid. I never knew she kept the pr
