Chapter 10

　　A servant life was miserable but peaceful. No one bothered Sophia for nearly two months, until one day Sophia was washing the clothes by the river when her eyes suddenly went dark and she passed out.

　　A few hours later, Sophia woke up from her drowsiness.

　　She opened her eyes and looked at the unfamiliar room in front of her, and looked at the curtains above her head. Before she could think about what had happened, the door was suddenly pushed open in the next instant.

　　A figure in a bright yellow robe came with the cold wind gusting behind him like a hurricane, and then Sophia\'s shoulder was suddenly caught.

　　Timothy squeezed her neck and lifted her up from the bed abruptly, glaring at her.

　　\"Sophia, who owns the child?\" Timothy breathed with fire in his eyes, wishing to choke her to death.

　　Sophia looked at him with a confused look, and asked, \"What child?\"

　　\"Stop pretending! The child in your stomach!\" Timothy demanded again, his eyes flared with murderous intent.

　　\"I\'m pregnant?\" Sophia\'s pale face was filled with joy.

　　Seeing Sophia like this, disgust arose from his eyes, \"Sophia, I\'m asking you, whose seed is it?\"

　　The joy on her face gradually faded, and Sophia\'s mind went blank, \"You are the only man in my life, who do you think the child belongs to?\"

　　Since the time when he was drunk five years ago, her heart and body have completely belonged to him and no one else.

　　But the disgust and indifference in his eyes at the moment made her heart tremble bit by bit.

　　\"Sophia, the child in your womb is three months old. You were still under Prince Jared\'s care then.\"

　　A beautiful voice came, and Veronica, dressed in a big red robe, slowly walked in surrounded by the court ladies.

　　Sophia\'s face was instantly pale, and she turned her head in a panic to look at Timothy, \"Impossible! The child can\'t be three months old!\"

　　\"What\'s impossible? Didn\'t you copulate with Master Jared three months ago? It\'s normal to get pregnant by accident,\" Veronica continued.

　　\"Shut up!\" Sophia screamed, grabbing Timothy\'s sleeves. \"Your Majesty, you have to believe me, this child belongs to you! Nothing happened between me and the master!\"

　　Timothy took a deep breath, suppressed the anger in his heart, grabbed Sophia\'s neck in his palm, gritted his teeth and asked, \"Then tell me, who was your first man?\"

　　\"It\'s you! It has always just been you!\" Sophia cried in pain.

　　\"You\'re still lying!\" Timothy seemed to have a fire burning in his heart.

　　When Veronica saw this, a fierce stern flashed in her beautiful eyes, and immediately said, \"Your Majesty, there\'s no point asking Sophia. Prince Jared just died, it\'s safe to assume that she only wishes to keep Prince Jared\'s only bloodline, that\'s it!\"

　　Sophia turned his head abruptly to look at Veronica, the killing intent in her eyes flared up.

　　If it weren\'t for this woman\'s instigation, she and Timothy would not turn against each other. If it weren\'t for this woman\'s scheming, the master wouldn\'t have died!

　　\"Abort this child, you must not keep the blood of Prince Jared!\" Timothy said coldly.

　　\"No!\" Sophia\'s eyes were full of panic, and she quickly tugged Timothy\'s sleeves, begging, \"The child is yours, you can\'t kill him!\"

　　\"If you dare to say one more thing, I will kill this evil seed myself!\"

　　In the face of this vengeful woman full of lies, Timothy impatiently kicked her away.

　　The indifferent and gloomy voice was harsher than the cold wind outside, and at this moment, Sophia heard the throbbing of her own heartbreak.
