Chapter 27

A nurse suddenly ran over in a panic.

“A swarm of paparazzi is blocking the entrance of the ward building. Patients and their family members could not get in or out. They are already protesting.”

“What?” Jean was shocked.

Paparazzi are vicious dogs; they will come swarming out of the lair at the smell of blood.

They surrounded the hospital, and some even disguised themselves as patients, trying to sneak into the ward building.

Jean gritted her teeth. Those people would not stop until they drove her to death.

Since she knew this would be the case, she was not going to hide anymore.

“Grandma, I will go out for a while. Don’t worry about me. I can handle it,” she said to her grandma.

The paparazzi blocking the ward building entrance were barely stopped by the hospital security.

The security was almost overwhelmed.

“Look, Jean is coming out!” someone called out all of a sudden.

A woman emerged from behind the security guards. She was the person those paparazzi were look
