Madison's POV

I turned around in circles looking for the unknown person who had given me the piece of paper but he was nowhere in sight.

Without thinking too much I booked a cab and went back home. When I got home I tried opening the door but my hands were shaking and couldn't turn the key. Violet opened the door from the inside and I fell on her body.

"Madison are you okay?" Violet held me in her arms, "Ryan, please pass me the water bottle next to you," Violet instructed Ryan and he came down from the chair and gave her the water, Violet put the bottle in my mouth and made me drink from it.

"Is mummy okay?" Ryan used his hands to feel my pulse, not as if he knew what he was doing but it was what he always saw Xavier doing.

I chuckled at his gesture, "Mummy is fine, mummy is just tired."

"Ryan, go use the TV in my room, mummy and I want to have a conversation," Violet instructed Ryan.
