Ch13: My little sister

Dave kept on waving his hands, asking me to open the window for him. I made sure I had locked my door well before opening it for him.

“Why are you here?“ I asked in shock. He was a big man but at times, he did things that left me bewildered. Who would be climbing the walls into a girl's room at night?

“I missed you,” the man said and pulled me into his embrace. I was frozen for a few seconds before sighing.

“How do you even do that? We were together just a few hours ago!“ I said. I even began having a feeling that there was something wrong with his brain.

But the man did not seem bothered. He released me and sat on the bed. “Did she cause you any trouble?“ He asked with a look full of seriousness. I knew that he was referring to mom.

“Nope… How could she dare do that when you had warned her?“ I asked and sat beside him. “Big brother, do you have some serious problems? You can't be coming to my room like this?“
