CHAPTER 222: Out of Character

After Miss Choi dropped off the girls at her mother's house, she drove to her meeting with Lowell. Sitting at a stoplight, she noticed her wedding ring sparkling in the sunlight. Miss Choi took stock of herself and could not remember the last time she put this much effort into her appearance. She was about to meet up with a man for whom she had an insatiable lust. It didn't take a genius to determine where this could be headed.

What the hell am I doing? She wondered.

This was so out of character for Miss Choi. Lowell had already given her what she was looking for, a fantasy to rekindle the fire in her. Instead of leaving it at that, she was crossing into dangerous territory and had never shown such a lack of restraint. She was a married woman, happily married at that. Her vows meant something to her.

Miss Choi kept circling the block near Starbucks to calm her nerves. She was dealing with many emotions, ranging from eagerness to panic.
