"Maybe I should buy a rice cooker and some pots," Doona asked herself. She then went back to her bedroom to lay on her bed. "I still need to do the laundry", she sighed. "And I haven't even put up the curtains." She groaned. "I wish I had a magic wand; then I won't have to move a muscle." Doona swayed her hand as if she held a magic wand.
She then picked up the envelope and looked at the contents, realizing that he never used it to pay for the lunch. "Ugh!" Doona groaned again. Doesn't this mean I still owe him? Doona thought. She never wanted to owe anyone anything, she had learnt from her mother how to be independent and pay off her debts. And it was not only about the principle of it all–it was also because she did not want to have anything to do with a man. She stirred on her bed, knowing she would not be comfortable until she had paid off her debt.
"Dammit, I have to go back to school on Monday." She sighed. "This is all that Chihun's fault." She groaned.
