Chapter 24 He Xiaoyu’s Persistence

Upon hearing Li Mu’s words of concern for him, Mr. Li chuckled and patted him on his shoulder.

“We should be going back to work, not to the movie,” Li Mu said unhappily, “This behavior of us is known as skipping work. Even if Mr. Yan is good enough to cover it up for us, we also can’t keep giving him trouble, right?”

“Alright!” He Xiaoyu replied angrily and glared at him. After getting into the car, she purposely turned her face to one side and ignored him.

Li Mu drove to a playground, parked the car in the shade of trees, pondering how he should make things clear to He Xiaoyu.

It was impossible for him to betray his wife. If his wife didn’t betray him, then he will never betray her as well. He Xiaoyu and he were destined to be fruitless.
