The Ring

Elena made herself a cup of morning coffee alone in the kitchen with a plate of cheese spaghetti as her breakfast.

It was 7.30 a.m but she had a lot of things to be done by that day.

Her brain just digested everything as her mouth was munching, the old man with Mediterranean nose, charming and a pair of his Oriental onyx colored eyes like hers who she met in the library to a charming but mysterious taxi driver, the delay of the night bus schedule, then, there was one taxi that it appeared coincidentally to pick her and Ashley up showing up in fragments.

She inhaled and felt suspicious that the taxi driver man wasn’t the real Davis Adams as the name tag on the taxi’s dashboard.

‘What and where were the red thread that I could see their connection? I didn’t sniff any coincidences otherwise everything seemed to be orchestrated,’ her mind became more alert for something absurd laid beyond as the shower water sprinkled on her.
