Chapter 10: New Enemy 2

After talking with Tsu Lian in his office, Lin Zoe came out of the office fluttering like she was in the skies. That morning, she was wearing a casual suit which was a brown chestnut beret, a short black skirt, and a slim grey shirt with a pair of black high heels. She also wore her golden Givenchy watch on her wrist which she always kept for keeping track of time.

she smiled at herself trying to grab her phone from her white handbag. "Let me call Shen Zi right now!"

For the time being, Shen Zi was at his office working with the hotel's affairs. He was a very busy person and was very keen on taking care of his figure and work. By his side was his personal manager, Lu Jin who was taking care of meetings, drafting files, and scheduling appointments for Shen.

Phone ringing...*

"Who is calling?" Shen Zi asked

It's miss Lin Zoe, sir! Lu Jin said

"Pass her on to me." Shen Zi got up and went to the balcony beside his office. On the balcony, there was a sofa and a lecture table set with tea sets settled on the top.

He sat on the sofa and answered the call trying to stay cool and normal.

Hello! called Zoe

How are you doing? he asked happily

She shouted from her phone excitedly, "I will register for a fashion show and a platform interview. Yeah!"

"Looks like you are really happy about it." Shen exclaimed sharing the joy with her. She nodded, "Yes, it is my second parade in a week and I have to get to a platform tonight." 

"Talking about this, the day I transmigrated was exactly after going to a platform interview." She thought to herself

He wished to spend some more spare time with Zoe and couldn't resist asking her. "Can I take you to a café or pick you up after work?" 

"No! I will go see some friends and don't worry I will take a cab." She ended the call and left Shen in a sad mood,

"I have been turned down."

"Mr, can I help you?" Lu Jin asked pressing back his tanned eyeglasses to his nose

Shen was being focused on his job and just waved a hand at him like to chase him.

"No, just finish with your work. I'm coming back."

"Wechat!"

"Do I have friends on my phone?" she asked herself

"I want to go out with some female friends tonight." She was sitting on a bench before she could start working. "Let me see."

At the moment, a woman with purple-dyed hair was passing. She looked calm but when she saw Lin Zoe she was angry and she quickly rushed to take drinking water, continued passing and just in front of her, she spilled water on the beautiful dark skirt of Zoe.

"Ahh!" she screamed as she felt the wetness of the water. Just then she put her phone on the bench and looked straight at her aggressor. 

"How ... dare you?" Lin Zoe said in an angry tone

"I'm sorry I was drinking and it just spilled from my hands." The woman said in an innocent way

She stood up and looked straight in the eyes of the woman. Lin Zoe wasn't stupid and she clearly saw how she spilled the water on purpose with a good angle. Also a person who didn't do it on purpose will propose for a quick dry but she didn't do it. 

"This is my occasion skirt and you ruined it." The woman mumbled looking for a way to innocence herself. 

"I...I..." 

"I what? Do we know each other?" she asked grasping her hand and staring with skeptical eyes

The woman was trembling and couldn't look into her stormy eyes. Lin Zoe thought for a moment.

"Huh!?...'

"Wait! Are you the model that has been replaced for the summer parade?" she asked when she quickly understood what was happening

"He told me about a model who he has replaced. It's you!" Lin Zoe shouted

"This was all your fault, I worked hard to get that position you bi***." She removed her hand from Zoe's grasp and smiled. "I wanted to go easy on you but you just went too far."

"I worked hard for it too, it's a competition, and it's only the best who gets the privilege." She said in a serious tone. Both women were in a calm corridor and Zoe left her phone on the bench she was sitting on.

"I will not fight with you, it's useless." She said taking a look at her watch

"Don't think I will apologize because you wet my skirt and that's not tolerable but now I already know who you are, Zhang You!" She said turning to take back her phone and get to work

Effectively, she was very well informed about the low class of the company. No one could deny this not even her husband. She was very friendly and she was always loved getting to know everyone even in her previous life as Alya.

The woman was left speechless and so surprised she couldn't help but stare as Zoe was passing.

"This bi*** of Lin Zoe." she ground her teeth as she lowered her head angrily

"Even though I have been here just for two years I can have more than one trick in my bag." The woman murmured in a calm evil voice

"Uh oh! I just got a new enemy." She said in an evil tone
