"How the hell did she get here?" I muttered under my breath. I was bewildered and thinking of how it was possible. Elliot and I were at the entrance of the lobby when she stepped in. I met halfway and she was glaring at Elliot from afar. Drew followed her behind, then the puzzle was becoming clearer.

"What the hell are you doing here?" I asked her but she pulled me into a hug. She was scouring my body for any injuries.

"I'm fine, Kathy." I was the bridge between her and Elliot. She looked like she was about to rip him off his skin. She slid past me and went directly to Elliot. I was shocked at the way she bypassed both Drew and me to face Elliot.

"How dare you take her from the club, like she's your puppet or something?" Elliot folded his hands and watched her as she queried him. I was so alarmed but thankful that she cared this much but she was blind to the nature of what happened.

"You think you get to do anything you want because you are wealthy. That's just being mean.
