From Sunday morning until night, Keith spent his time watching random movies on the cable TV channel with Marie, and Larch, who was watching on his lap. They did not do other activities apart from that. Occasionally he rose from his chair to make new snacks when they were hungry and returned to his seat. Several times, he tried so hard to pretend not to notice Marie's gaze, who was not on their TV screen, but him. It was a look that made him a little uncomfortable about it.
