My body was still buzzing hours later, but my mind wouldn’t shut up.

I lay in bed staring at the ceiling, thighs sticky again even after I’d cleaned up. Every time I closed my eyes I felt Hermes’s fingers inside me, heard his voice growling “this greedy little cunt is mine.” The guilt was eating me alive now.

Not just because of Mom, but because part of me didn’t care part of me wanted to sneak back to his room right now and beg him to finally fuck me properly.

A soft knock on my door made me jump.

“Liana?” Kyle’s voice, low and careful.

“Baby, please,I know you’re in there.”

My stomach dropped,I hadn’t answered any of his texts all day. I thought ignoring him would make him disappear.

Apparently not.

I opened the door just a crack, not letting him inside.

He looked rough, eyes red, hair messy, the same shirt from the wedding night. “What do you want, Kyle?”

“To explain.” He tried to push the door open wider but I held it firm.

“That girl meant nothing, I was drunk, and didn't know what I was doing… I fucked up but I love you and you know that.”

The words that used to make me melt now felt like cheap lies.I thought about my stepdad's possessive grip, the way he looked at me like I was something precious and filthy at the same time. Kyle never made me feel like that.

“Go away,” I whispered. “It’s over.”

He leaned closer, voice dropping. “Is this because of him? Your new stepdad? I saw how he was watching you at the reception.”

My heart slammed against my ribs. “What are you talking about?”

Kyle’s eyes narrowed. “Don’t play dumb. The way he stared at you… if I didn’t know better I’d think something was going on,you wouldn’t be that stupid though, right?”

The accusation hung in the air like smoke. I wanted to slam the door in his face, but fear kept me frozen. If Kyle even suspected…

“Leave me alone,” I hissed, finally shoving the door shut and locking it.

I pressed my back against it, breathing hard,my pussy was wet again from the fear, from the memory, from the sick thrill that someone might find out.

This was getting too dangerous and too real.

Later that night, when the house was quiet, I couldn’t stay away, I crept down the hallway toward my stepdad suite, my silk robe barely covering anything. The door was cracked open like he was waiting for me to slip inside.

He was on the phone by the window, voice low and sharp. “...keep digging. I need everything on Celeste’s movements last year and Marco, any new leads?”

Marco? My dad? He’d been dead for years. Why was Hermes talking about him like he was still around?

Hermes turned and saw me,his face changed instantly heat mixing with something guarded,he ended the call quickly.

“You shouldn’t be here right now,” he said, but his eyes were already devouring me, lingering on where the robe slipped off one shoulder.

“I know.” I stepped closer anyway, voice small.“Kyle came by and he suspects something.

And I heard you on the phone… What did you mean about my dad?”

Hermes’s jaw tightened. For a second I saw real conflict there, the powerful man who always stayed in control suddenly looking cornered,he pulled me into his arms anyway, kissing me deep and desperate, like he needed me to forget the question.

“Not tonight, princess,” he murmured against my lips, hands sliding under my robe to grip my bare ass.

“Tonight I just need to taste you again,I need to remind this sweet pussy who it belongs to.”

He dropped to his knees right there, spreading my legs and burying his face between them,I grabbed his hair, moaning softly as his tongue worked me over, licking and sucking like he was starving. The danger of Kyle’s suspicion, the weird phone call, the risk of Mom waking up,it all made everything more intense.

I came hard on his tongue, biting my hand to stay quiet, legs shaking but even as I trembled in his arms afterward, that small seed of doubt had been planted.

Footsteps. Right outside the door.

We both froze immediately.

Hermes went completely still, hands locked on my hips,I stared at the door. There was a thin strip of light underneath it and I watched it go dark as two feet stopped right there on the other side.

Just stopped.

Didn't knock nor moved, just stood there like whoever it was already knew something and was deciding what to do about it.

I couldn't breathe or move,my heart was so loud I was sure she could hear it through the door because it was her, I knew it was her, I knew the way my mother moved in the dark of this house.

One turn of that handle, that's all it would take.

Hermes rose slowly to his feet without making a single sound, his hand came up and covered my mouth, his eyes said don't you dare.

We stood like that for what felt like forever, then the feet moved, slow and deliberate, back down the hall,a door clicked shut.

Neither of us breathed for another full ten seconds.

When he finally lowered his hand I was shaking, not from what we'd been doing, from something colder than that.

"Go back to your room," he said quietly.

I went.

The hallway felt longer than it had twenty minutes ago,her door was closed, no light under it, nothing to tell me what she knew or didn't know or had been standing there deciding.

I got back to my room and sat on the edge of my bed and stared at nothing.

That man is not what he seems and I was only now starting to think Kyle might have been right.

What was Hermes really doing in this house? And how long before everything exploded.

  • Please me, Stepdaddy   Chapter Ninety-Seven: What Rei Knows

HERMES' POVI got home late, completely exhausted. My whole body felt heavy and sore. I took off my suit jacket and carelessly threw it over the back of the couch. I normally never did that, but tonight, I didn't care about keeping everything neat. That's when I heard it. Soft, muffled, someone trying hard not to be heard crying and failing anyway.I moved toward the sound, quiet, and found her curled into the corner of the second sitting room, knees drawn up, face buried against them, shoulders shaking with the effort of keeping quiet.I didn't say anything. I crossed the room and pulled her straight into my arms, and the second I did, whatever restraint she'd been holding onto broke completely. She sobbed into my shirt, fingers gripping the fabric like she needed something solid to hold onto, and I just let her, rubbing slow circles against her back until the worst of it started to ease."Shh." I pressed a kiss to her forehead, then wiped gently at her damp cheeks with my thumb. "I'

  • Please me, Stepdaddy   Chapter Ninety-Six: What Kyle Knew

LIANA'S POV"You need to leave," I said, the second Kyle stepped fully into the bakery, the bell above the door still swinging behind him.The whole table went quiet. Rei half-rose from her chair, protective instinct kicking in immediately. "Do you want me to call someone?""I'm not here to cause trouble." Kyle held both hands up, some genuine effort at looking harmless despite the last time I'd seen him standing this close to me. "I just need five minutes. That's all I'm asking.""You don't get five minutes. You don't get anything from me.""Liana, please." His voice cracked slightly, and for one unguarded second he actually looked exhausted, the same way he had that day in the hospital hallway when Hermes found me, worn thin, older than he should have looked for someone still in high school. "Just hear me out. Then I'll go, and I swear you'll never see me again."I glanced at Rei, at Derek and Charlie, all of them tense, waiting for a signal. Some stupid, exhausted part of me just w

  • Please me, Stepdaddy   Chapter Ninety-Five: Marco's Office

HERMES' POVI hadn't refused to bring Liana because I was being overly cautious. Today wasn't a business trip at all. It was another step in Marco's investigation, and I couldn't risk having Liana anywhere near it.The moment I walked through the doors of Marco's Italian branch, the first face I saw was Alexia's, stationed there as intended. I'd moved her out of Europe after the surgery, far enough from Valkrom's reach that he couldn't touch her a second time."You're late," she said, not looking up from her tablet."I'm exactly on time.""You're late by my standards, which are the only ones that matter here." She finally glanced up, eyes tracking me head to toe with obvious amusement. "You look tired. Rough night?""Define rough.""I called you four times last night. You never picked up.""I was busy.""Busy doing what, exactly.""Fucking Alexia," I said bluntly, watching her expression change for a moment before she quickly hid it behind an indifferent look."Charming. Your professi

  • Please me, Stepdaddy   Chapter Ninety-Four: Sugar Baby

CELESTE'S POVThings had never felt this peaceful in a long time. No more performing devoted wife, no more manufactured tears, no more smiling through gritted teeth at breakfast tables I didn't want to sit at.Fuck all of it. Even after Marco's death I still had to pretend to be a devoted mother to his daughter. The drama still never ends until she leaves. I'd kept a key to this apartment for years, even though it hadn't really been mine to use for a long time. Still, I let myself in, stepping over a pile of takeout containers and what looked like a used razor blade carelessly left on the counter.I turned around looking for that one motherfucker, only that fucks my pussy well. "Roman." I wrinkled my nose at the mess. "This is why I insist we do this at my place. You don't clean at all, do you? Are you actually incapable, or just a freak about it?""Sugar baby's here," he called from the other room, walk-in naked to me his dick rolling side by side as he came, unbothered, dragging

  • Please me, Stepdaddy   Chapter Ninety-Three: No Judgment

LIANA'S POVI woke to a note left on the nightstand, Hermes's handwriting, precise and slanted. “Eat breakfast. Don't move around the house recklessly. If you want to go out, take the butler with you. — H.”My back ached faintly as I sat up, a reminder of exactly how little "easy" had factored into last night.Hermes was so rough, so wild… but still didn't let me fuck his dick directly. It aches knowing that he starves me…he doesn't thrust his dick into my hole. Not even once. The more I ask, the more he says I wasn't ready, I was still a child, I don't want to hurt you. But he was already hurting me by not feeding me what I wanted. I just want his gaddamn dick, to put it deep into my pussy and fuck me just once.Just fucking once. I dragged myself downstairs, ate breakfast quietly, and wandered into the sitting room,a space so large I genuinely couldn't figure out who this house was actually built for, given how rarely Hermes seemed to stay in it.I flipped through channels for

  • Please me, Stepdaddy   Chapter Ninety-Two: Page 365

HERMES' POVGrace Crowley. This wasn't the first time she'd walked into my office without knocking, and it probably wouldn't be the last. She had clearly become comfortable enough to assume she could come in whenever she wanted during my usual working hours.I noticed things about her, just as I did with most people who worked closely with me. I noticed the qualities that made her useful and, on rare occasions, found myself appreciating her a little more than a professional relationship normally allowed. She was diligent. Genuinely diligent, in a way most of my staff weren't. She'd landed contracts for the company that I hadn't expected anyone on her level to secure, closed deals with a precision that made firing her hard, even during a purge like this morning's, never once cross my mind. She was as good as she believed herself to be, which was rare enough in this business to be worth something on its own.Liana pulled away from me the second Grace's presence registered, trying and fa

  • Please me, Stepdaddy   Chapter Two: The Morning After

I barely slept.Every time I closed my eyes, I saw Hermes Vitali “My StepDaddy”. That towel barely hanging on his hips, water sliding down his body like it was teasing me and the way his dark eyes had dragged over my tits, slow and hungry, like he was imagining what they’d feel like in his hands.

  • Please me, Stepdaddy   Chapter One: The Wrong Door

The sound hit me first, tearing right through me.That familiar low groan Kyle made when he was close, the one he used to whisper against my neck like I was the only girl in the world. Now it was spilling out of him while he fucked some other girl on the bed very hard and fast while her legs wrappe

  • Please me, Stepdaddy   Chapter Four: Can't Stay Away

I woke up the next morning with my panties still sticky from the night before. My body remembered every single second my stepdad's fingers sliding through my wet pussy, the way he called me princess while he rubbed my clit until I came all over his hand. The guilt should’ve eaten me alive. Instead

  • Please me, Stepdaddy   Chapter Three: Burning Up

The rest of the day dragged like it was trying to punish me.I stayed locked in my studio for hours, pretending to paint,my canvas stayed blank.Every time I tried to focus, my mind dragged me right back to breakfast,my stepdad knee pressed against mine under the table, his voice saying “princess”
