Chapter 20. Keilan's assistant?

Keilan left the studio wanting to escape to a lonely island far from the world with his beautiful wife.

"What's happening?" Eva brought two simple pasta dishes to the table. "Do you have work?"

Keilan nodded and hugged her from behind. He sighed into her neck and kissed her shoulder. "I have to go. Will you miss me?"

Eva let out a small laugh, turned around, and hugged him too. "Maybe a little."

Keilan kissed her again. He didn't want to leave her, he wanted that day to be wonderful. But he couldn't pass up the opportunity his grandfather had given him. He'll let him marry any woman he wants if Keilan solved the company's problem and delivered spectacular results by the end of the month.

Keilan knew that his grandfather was just unnecessarily rushing him, and was setting him an impossible challenge just to force him to marry that woman from the Terrance family.
