Chapter 14 Adhya's blunder

"What will I know adhya ?" rudra asked in a stern voice with a scary calmness that indicates danger.

Listening to his cold voice, she was almost on the verge of fainting. The challenging tone in rudra's voice was well received by her .suddenly she noticed the ladies of the house we're leaving for shopping.

" Coming badimaa" screaming this she makes a run from there.

Abeer laughed hard, looking at her girlfriend who was running like her back was on fire .rudra smiles at her antics. Both the brothers hi-fi each other.

All the day adhya was cursing herself for doing this blunder at least she should care about the surroundings before speaking. But she was like this from childhood.

After a tiring day of shopping, the ladies were exhausted. Shekhawat family insisted the ladies have dinner with them only, so adhya and drishti agreed.

At the dinner table, rudra was not

present as he was attending some dinner party with foreign delegates. This brings more relief to adhya as she was feeling embarrassed, not scared to face rudra.

After dinner, gauri asked the servants to serve ice cream. Abeer told adhya to come to the poolside to enjoy the ice cream.

Adhya was sitting on the chair near the pool, which was slightly ahead of abeer 's chair, both were enjoying their icecreams.

" I am very sorry abeer for morning incident I know I did a blunder but didn't mean it "

"It's ok adhya but you should apologise to bhai "

"Hmm yes that I will " she was so busy devouring her ice cream that she doesn't notice when abeer left from there ., as he want some more ice cream .on the other hand adhya's nonstop blabbering was going on.

In the dining room rudra entered, he greeted everyone,abeer who was holding an empty ice cream bowl saw his bhai, and come close to him.

"Bhai Adhya want to apologise for morning please she is on poolside you go talk to her I will be there in a minute ."

"Ooh, that's not needed "rudra shrugged it off

"Please bhai " abeer requested

"Ok... if you insist "rudra agreed

Well, adhya was talking to herself as she was thinking that abeer is still sitting behind her and listening to her talk.

Rudra entered the poolside and took the chair where abeer was seated before

Adhya's talk was still going on nonstop.

"you know abeer I think your brother needs a girl in his life see he has become such a rude man without any emotions and feelings you know don't mind my words but he seems to be more like Hitler. I think I have a solution for this you know only a girl can bring light to his boring life.

"You know then you will be able to see him happy too. Everbody needs a life partner, he must have felt so lonely na . I hope that Hitler will learn to smile at least ".

"But I will feel bad for Hitler's wife as he is .. haha ... so unromantic, but I will give his wife a medal of appreciation as "

"Hitler aka rudra Singh Shekhawat As it's not an easy thing to bear rudra Singh Shekhawat "

rudra's cold voice came from behind.  Yes it's not easy "

Listening to rudra's voice,adhya breathing got stopped she slowly turned her head to see if he is real or if she was hallucinating.

She saw rudra sitted on abeer,'s place with hands folded on his chest and his hazel-green eyes were glaring at her with so much anger.

Adhya still does not believe it, so she has done what no one expected.

She went near rudra and poked her finger in his bicep when she felt his skin. She jumped back from her place. This time she didn't freeze.

she turn around quietly and first she walked slowly then she made a run inside the house. On her way, she got crashed into abeer who was coming to the poolside.

"Hey easy there, What happened love why are you sweating so badly? " Abeer noticed the sweating on adhya's face.

" No... Nothing I should go back to the hotel "

"But listen what this hurry in mean we are yet to enjoy our icecreams ".

"No,.........no I just want to go back where is mom ?."

"Ok relax, aunty is in the living room "

Drishti was very busy chatting with Shekhawat ladies .when adhya rushed to her and Abeer followed her.

"Mom we should leave now it's getting late "

"Arey adu but... "

," No if no but please mom please I am not feeling well " Adhya spoke in a strict tone.

"Why child,? what happen to you? " garima got worried,gauri was also looking at her with curiosity

, "What happen Adhya ?" Abeer also got worried about her health

" Just a headache, I will be fine if I take proper rest, come na maa " she started dragging drishti from her elbow.

"Ok, garima Ji gauri Ji thinks I have to leave now ." Drishti joined her hands in front of them taking her to leave. Adhya bid her goodbye hurriedly to them.

When drishti and garima came out and started walking toward the car,adhya took some guts and looked around to see what rudra was doing?

She found him standing at the main door still his hands are in the same position and he was glaring directly at adhya, adhya flinched, she turned her face quickly and sat in the car

After they left the shekhawat mansion, garima and gauri also got worried about Adhya's health as only one day is left for engagement.

Both the ladies decided that they should take Adhya to the doctor tomorrow .only rings are left on the shopping list. They called their jeweller and ordered him to come with the latest design of engagement rings to the Shekhawat mansion tomorrow.

Rudra got freshen up and came to the living area where this discussion is going on. Abeer also entered the living room with a frown on his face.

"How is she now?," gauri asked.

" Not good badima, in this cold weather she was sweating badly, and she behaves stubbornly sometimes I told her to visit some hospital with me but she denied the idea only. Anyways Ashish's uncle will take care of her

"mom, badima I will request you to please give her rest tomorrow from shopping, I hope that will make her condition well. I don't want her to look exhausted on our special day "

Garima and gauri smiled at abeer's concern for Adhya. They informed abeer about the jeweller's visit tomorrow.

Rudra was listening to all this while having his night drink which is badam milk

"Nothing happened to her "Rudra said in a stern voice

" What do you mean bhai ?"Abeer was curious as he recall the l last time Adhya was with Rudra bhai.

" I mean what I said, nothing happen to her, she is just scared from my anger ."

"Your anger what ? w hy do you scare her, Haan ? ". Gauri asked in a serious tone.

Rudrlolookedis mother and started narrating the whole day incident from the garden to the poolside.

Garima and gauri were shocked to listen to the real reason for Adhya's headache, abeer was mad at Adhya for uttering such nonsense things about his bhai.

Rudra looked at all of them and left wishing them goodnight.

Abeer collapsed on the nearby sofa holding his head with his hands. He was angry with Adhya's foolishness how could she ? and what is the need to badmouth about his bhai who is only supporting their alliance.

Gauri and garima

tried to console him.

"Sorry badima trust me Adhya is a nice girl I know her for the last year she never does this kind of behaviour. I am sorry I know you must be feeling bad too. But ...."

Gauri smiled at him and started patting his head, "I am not angry beta, don't worry about rudra I will talk to him, hmm, just go and sleep ."

Abeer hugged his badima and left for his room ., after bidding goodbye to them.

Rudra in his room was trying to sleep but first time in his life he was not getting it, the words of Adhya were still ringing in his mind.

Not that he minded that Hitler and Mohabbat ka Dushman title but the way she narrated his loneliness. With so much concern she was telling Abeer who was not even present there about making rudra married.

He smiled the way she narrated his married life, she assumed him to be a non-romantic person .well only he knows why he doesn't want a life partner.

Thinking about all this chaos e slept as he has to deal with the scared pigeon( Adhya) tomorrow.
