Sometimes when you care about someone, you tend to do things that are completely out of character for you. You say things, act a certain way, go a little extra - you know, put your best foot forward. Do all sorts of things to impress the person you care about simply because you want them to see you. Really, really see you. If they want soft, you give them soft.
