Chapter 110 — Desperate Ride

Nora’s POV

I woke to a sound I never wanted to hear again , Axel groaning, low and painful, twisting in the sheets. My heart leapt into my throat. I sat up, blinking in the dim morning light. His hand was pressed against his forehead, his face pale, sweat glistening along his temples.

“Axel…” I whispered, voice trembling.

He didn’t respond. His breathing was uneven, shallow, and panicked me even more. I rushed to his side, gently shaking him. “Axel, please… wake up.”

His eyelids fluttered, and when they opened, they were clouded with pain. “Head… hurts,” he muttered, his voice barely audible. I tried to help him sit up, but his body went limp in my arms. Panic clawed at me, hot and suffocating.

I fetched water, poured it carefully into his mouth, holding him as he sipped weakly. I tried rubbing his temples, whispering soft encouragements, but nothing worked. His brow was furrowed, and I could see the faint tremor running through his fingers.

  • Rejected And Reborn   The Hunt and the Alliance

Chapter 188 : The Hunt and the AllianceThe night air was thick with tension, the scent of rain-damp earth mingling with the musk of a hundred wolves. I crouched behind the gnarled roots of an ancient oak, my senses stretched to their limits, every nerve alive. The Beta and his rogue pack were ahead, camped in a narrow clearing that smelled of fire, sweat, and fear. My loyal wolves circled silently around me — Nicholas, Arlen, and a handful of others who had proven their loyalty beyond doubt. Even though we were outnumbered, the forest was our ally, and my powers gave us a chance to strike with precision.I felt the pulse of Axel’s presence through the mate bond, sharp and insistent. He was near, just on the edge of the clearing, crouched behind a fallen log, eyes glowing faintly in the moonlight. His fur was bristled, his muscles coiled. I could feel the tension in him, the barely restrained fury, and it made my pulse quicken. I had to stay focused. For him, for our child, and for th

  • Rejected And Reborn   Rising Power

Chapter 187 : Rising Power(Nora’s POV)The dawn broke cold and pale through the trees, painting long silver streaks across the forest floor. I stood at the edge of the clearing, feeling the weight of the last battle still pressing on me — my body aching, my wounds slowly fading, but the fire in my chest refusing to die. Axel was out there, hunting the Beta who had fled with something precious from our pack, and though I was weak, pregnant, and still recovering, I knew I couldn’t remain idle. The bond between us pulsed sharply, reminding me that he was alive, that he needed me, and that I was not meant to be sidelined.I flexed my hands, feeling the tremor of raw power running beneath my skin. It was unstable — fierce, untamed, sometimes frightening. But I had survived the forest, survived the Beta’s initial attacks, and survived the battle that had nearly broken us. I was stronger now, in ways I didn’t fully understand. And if I didn’t harness this power, I would never be able to hel

  • Rejected And Reborn   Shadows After Victory

Chapter 186 : Shadows After Victory(Nora’s POV)I woke slowly, the world around me blurred and heavy. My muscles ached, my head throbbed, and every breath felt like I was inhaling fire and exhaustion together. I tried to move, but the weight of the battle, the strain of my powers, and the aftermath pressed down on me, holding me still. My fingers grazed the blankets covering me, and I realized I wasn’t alone in the room — Axel wasn’t here.Panic flared in my chest like wildfire. I sat up slowly, every movement sending tremors through my body. My heart thumped wildly, not just from fear but from the overwhelming emptiness of missing him. I strained my ears. Outside, I could hear voices — raised, urgent, tense.I stood, swaying slightly, and crept to the window. The room was small, barely enough space for two, but it had a view of the courtyard where the pack had gathered after the battle. I could see shadows moving, figures gesturing, and hear bits of conversation through the faint cr

  • Rejected And Reborn   The Night of Reckoning

Chapter 185 : The Night of Reckoning(His POV)The air was thick with tension — a silence that felt alive, vibrating under the surface, waiting to explode. One moment, there was disbelief and fear in the crowd… the next, the first growl shattered the stillness like glass. The rival Beta’s voice thundered, raw and venomous.“Seize them both! The Alpha has lost his mind — he brings corruption upon this pack!”And just like that, the world broke apart.Wolves leapt forward, teeth flashing under the pale light. The courtyard that had once been a place of ceremony became a battlefield drenched in chaos. The air filled with snarls, snapping bones, and the metallic scent of blood.I could feel the pull of the mate bond in my veins — burning, thrumming, screaming her name. Nora stood in the center of it all, her eyes glowing with untamed power. • Rejected And Reborn   The Trial of Truth

Chapter 184 — The Trial of Truth(Axel’s POV)The moment should have been peace. It should have been reunion, forgiveness — the long-awaited end of exile and pain. But peace was a fragile thing in this pack. The courtyard was still echoing with the fading hum of our bond, that golden pulse that had silenced the night when I knelt before her. Nora stood tall beside me, radiant and trembling, her hand warm in mine. The moonlight seemed to bend toward her, and for a single heartbeat, every wolf — every soul — watched her in reverent silence. Then came the first voice.“Seize him!”The words broke the spell like shattered glass. The council’s elders rose from their seats, robes sweeping the dirt. Their faces twisted with anger, fear, and disbelief. Behind them, a few guards hesitated, glancing at one another, unsure whether to obey.“He is a traitor!” one of the elders roared, pointing at me with a trembling, gnarled hand. “He broke the sacred laws! He murdered his Luna and returned from

  • Rejected And Reborn    The Alpha’s Return

Chapter 183— The Alpha’s Return (Axel’s POV)The growl ripped from my throat before I even realized it. It wasn’t a sound—it was a storm. A raw, guttural, feral sound that shook the trees and made the birds scatter into the night. The forest trembled beneath my paws, roots cracking, branches bending as I ran. Every muscle in my body screamed, every wound burned, but nothing could stop me now.Her heartbeat. I could hear it. Feel it.She was alive. Each stride sent shockwaves through the earth. The scent of home, of the pack, of betrayal and blood, filled my nose, but above it all—there it was. Her scent. Wild, soft, familiar. Like rain after a thousand years of drought. I growled again, louder, the sound echoing through the valley like thunder announcing a god’s wrath. The silver that had burned into my flesh glowed faintly beneath my fur, searing with pain, but it didn’t matter. The pain meant I was alive, that I could reach her.The pack would hear me long before they saw me. They
