Cohen and Charlotte’s eyes widened in shock. “Hun!”

“That’s not possible. My son can never kneel for you! Why will he beg you?” Charlotte argued. She took a step towards Patricia, but the security guards held her back.

“Respect yourself.” A police officer cautioned.

Patricia released a deep breath using her mouth. “Madam, I am not forcing your son. It’s his choice to decide,” she pointed out.

Patricia turned her gaze to Cohen, asking, “will you kneel and beg or let your mother and sister learn their lessons in the police custody?”

Cohen faced the floor, unable to decide. He could kneel for Patricia since he had no option, but he stayed back because of his mother's presence.

“Mr. Cohen, you’re wasting my time. Will you kneel to beg or I should do things the way I planned?” Patricia asked again.

Cohen clenched his teeth, making his jaw and neck muscles tightened. “Why are you doing this?” He managed to push a word out of his mouth.

“What am I doing?” Patricia asked, raising her eyebrow
