LOGINElena's POV
I parked my car and made my way to the office, hoping for a smooth day. But as soon as I opened the door, there was Samantha, already sitting at my desk with a knowing grin. She was the only one who ever managed to get here before me, and she seemed particularly amused this morning.
“Morning, sunshine,” Samantha greeted, a playful glint in her eyes.
“Good morning to you too,” I replied, smiling as I noticed a familiar coffee cup on my desk. A little note was stuck to the side: *“Have an amazing day, from Jason.”* I felt warmth rise in my cheeks. Samantha, of course, noticed.
“Oh? Jason again? He leaves you coffee every single morning. Think it’s time to call him your ‘little boyfriend,’ don’t you?” She chuckled, folding her arms with a smug look.
“Oh, stop. It’s not like that. He leaves you coffee sometimes, too!” I said, brushing it off, even though a small smile crept onto my face.
“Maybe, but where’s my *sweet little note?*” Samantha teased, tapping the cup. “The man is obviously head over heels, Elena.”
“Fine, if you’re so desperate, you can have my note,” I joked, peeling it off and plopping it on her coffee cup.
She laughed. “No thanks! I’ll find my own guy.”
I laughed along, but I could feel the warmth from the gesture linger as I sipped my coffee. Just then, I remembered I had a file to collect from HR. “Okay, I’ll be right back. I just need to grab a file from HR.”
As I headed down the hallway, I spotted Jason, who was just about to hand me the file. But suddenly, I heard someone clear their throat. Turning, I froze. Lucas. Again.
He strode toward us with an intense look, his presence impossible to ignore. His eyes flicked from me to Jason, a cold glare brewing in their depths.
“What are you doing here? Are you stalking me?” I asked, crossing my arms as I met his gaze.
“No. I’m here to see a client. But are *you* working here, Elena?” His voice was laced with a mixture of surprise and suspicion.
I kept my voice steady. “That’s none of your business, Lucas.” I brushed past him, leaving him staring after me.
His eyes drifted to Jason and he storm up to him and shove him back slightly.
Jason looked startled but kept his cool. “Uh, can I help you?”
“Yeah, you can help yourself by staying away from Elena.” Lucas’s tone was sharp and possessive.
“Really?” Jason raised an eyebrow, taking a sip of his coffee calmly. “I thought you two were divorced. Or was that just another one of your lies?”
Lucas’s face hardened. “That’s not the point, and you know it. Elena deserves better than someone like you.”
Jason chuckled, clearly unbothered. “And you think that someone is you? Man, this isn’t a game you can win with money.”
“You have no idea what you’re getting into,” Lucas threatened.
Before things could get out of control, I stepped in. “Enough! Both of you, just… stop. I am not a prize to be fought over. Jason, thank you for the coffee, but please, go back to work.”
Jason shrugged and offered a small smile before walking off, while Lucas glared after him.
“Lucas, don’t ever pull something like that again. You don’t get to control who I see or where I work,” I said firmly, looking him dead in the eye. “You wanted the divorce, remember?”
Without waiting for an answer, I turned and walked away. The audacity!
As I reached my office, I knew I couldn’t let Lucas keep interfering. I had come too far to let him drag me back. It's never going to work this time.

Later that evening, I returned home to the Brooks mansion. My grandpa was in the living room, his laptop was on his knees as he signed off some papers. He looked up as I entered, he flashed his warm smile.
“Sweetheart! How was work today?”
“It went well,” I said, settling into the chair next to him. “Samantha’s been helping me a lot. She’s such a great friend.”
He chuckled. “I’m glad to hear that. You’ve done an incredible job, Elena. You ready to take on the real challenge?”
I laughed, off course I know what he's insinuating. “I don’t know if I’ll ever feel ready, Grandpa, but I think it’s time. Time to step up and move forward.”
He patted my shoulder, pride shining in his eyes. “That’s my girl! And speaking of moving forward… have you thought any more about the engagement?”
I let out a sigh, not quite able to mask my nerves. “Yes, I’m willing to meet him.”
“Wonderful!” Grandpa’s face broke into a delighted smile. “Then let’s do it right. We’ll host a ball, something grand, where you can meet your fiancé properly for the first time.”
I nodded, feeling the anticipation rising. “Okay, sounds good.”
“Don’t worry about a thing, sweetheart,” he reassured me, patting my shoulder again. “You’re going to be a huge success in business, and in life. And if this fiancé doesn’t live up to your standards, we’ll just cancel the wedding. Simple as that!”
I laughed, feeling my spirits lift even higher. “Thanks, Grandpa.”
He nodded, giving me a gentle smile. With him by my side, maybe moving forward wouldn’t be so hard after all. But the thought of meeting my new finance send cold shivers down my spine!
Nina's POVNina's POVI stumbled into the bar, numb with disbelief, the pain in my chest throbbing like a fresh wound. Jordan’s words still echoed in my head, sharp as a knife: *“I never loved you, Nina. I was just faking it.”* After two years together, he betrayed me with my own stepsister, Alexa. It wasn’t as if he didn’t know who she was. He knew she was my sister—and he still chose her.I found an empty table near the corner, away from the loudest part of the bar, and slumped into the seat. My heart felt heavy, my mind blank, and tears threatened to spill over. I needed to forget, to numb myself, even just for a few minutes.“Waiter!” My voice came out rougher than I expected. “Three glasses of your strongest drink.”The waiter gave me a wary glance but didn’t question me. Soon enough, he placed three tall glasses of amber liquid in front of me. I didn’t waste any time—I gulped down the first glass in one go, feeling the burn as it went down my throat. Good. Maybe it would burn aw
Nina's POVThey turned, startled. Alexa adjusted her blouse with a smug look, while Jordan had the audacity to look bored."Nina," Alexa sneered, folding her arms as if she owned the place. "What do you think we’re doing?"I felt as if I’d been slapped. My lips trembled as I turned to Jordan. "Is this… is this really happening? Today was supposed to be our anniversary." My voice broke, the words tumbling out with my tears. "How could you… with her, of all people?"The sudden shift in atmosphere caught their attention, and Alexa looked up first, her expression smug as she zipped her dress back up. “Oh, Nina. Didn’t anyone tell you?” Her eyes sparkled with malicious delight.I took a shaky step forward. “How could you?” My voice trembled as the words escaped, barely audible. “ I loved you as my sister!…”Jordan shrugged, his face devoid of emotion. He didn’t even look guilty. “Sign these,” he said, handing me a piece of paper.I stared at it, struggling to make sense of what he was aski
Nina's POVThe phone call ended, and I sat in silence, the words *"I won’t be coming home tonigh, suit yourself. Buy anything for yourself. Just surprise yourself!"* replaying in my mind. My heart clenched, and tears blurred my vision, but I willed myself to stay calm. Today was supposed to be special—our second anniversary. I’d spent the morning filling the house with fresh flowers, sprinkling rose petals on our bed, and lighting candles that filled the room with a soft, sweet fragrance. I’d saved for weeks to make this day memorable for us.My name is Nina. I’m just a cleaner at a small restaurant in New York City. And yes, I’m married to Jordan, CEO of Elite Groups. He was once the only light in my life, the one person who made me feel complete. I’d fled a past filled with cruelty from my stepmother and stepsister, who blamed me for my mother’s death and never let me forget it. Jordan saved me from that nightmare, and for two years, I clung to the belief that he’d always love me.B
Elena's POV“I’m not the one who’s going to have to be quiet.” He presses me flat on the table and covers my mouth with a big hand. The pressure against my lips makes me moan as much as him forcing his cock the rest of the way into me. He felt impossibly big in the truck with the addition of the plug, but somehow it’s even more intense in this position. “You can tell yourself that you don’t want this, that it doesn’t count, but we both know the truth.” He leans down and his lips brush my ear. “You’ve been looking for an excuse to climb on my cock since the day we met.”I make a sound that might be protest, but it doesn’t matter because he’s fucking me in long strokes. He barely pauses to guide my hands to my thighs, forcing me to hold them wide and even closer to my chest. I try to keep the waves of pleasure at bay. I really do. I pull his palm off my mouth enough to say, “Hurry. We have to be quick.” Then I go back to holding myself open for him.Jason clamps his hand around my jaw and
Elena's POVThis chapter is strictly Rated 18+!“Mmhmm.” Jason sits back in his chair and looks at me. “And you're wearing a lingerie.” He bit his lower lips.I glance down at my clothes. “It’s meant nothing, just an underwear.”“Is it?” He moves, fast as a snake, and grabs the bottom of the bed, dragging me to the corner of the table, until my knees bump into his legs under the table and our chairs almost touch. He casually shifts to flip up my gown, displaying my white panties. “Doesn’t look like you’re wearing a lingerie right now.”My skin heats and I nibble my bottom lip. “That’s because I’m not.”“Spread your legs.”I force myself to hesitate even though I want to do exactly as he commands. “Jason,” I murmur. He looks over my shoulder in the direction of my phone and switched it off, understanding flashing across his handsome features. “I just want to look, Elena that's all.”I move haltingly, bracing my hands on the chair behind me and slowly spreading my thighs. It takes a little
Elena's POVI couldn’t believe it was really happening—I was getting married to Jason Campbell, the man who had shown me that love was still possible, even after everything I had endured. As we walked down the aisle, hand in hand, I felt my heart racing. The grand doors swung open, and I caught my breath, my eyes misting over as the soft murmur of the crowd washed over me. This was real. This was my life now.Jason looked over at me, his eyes gleaming with so much warmth that my heart skipped a beat. I bit my lip, trying to contain the swell of emotions within me. I had promised myself, after the trials in the Brown mansion, that I’d find happiness again. And now, here I was, stepping into a future I had only dared to dream about. As we approached the altar, I spotted Samantha, my best friend, standing beside me as my bridesmaid. She was practically beaming, holding the delicate trail of my gown, and I could feel her joy radiating as if it were her own wedding day. Behind Jason was Vin
