It was night time, that much he knew. He hadn’t slept much, being too restless for a good night’s sleep. He could feel the tug and pull of Raze’s limbs, not knowing exactly what he was doing despite the movement. His Lycan was moving quick, stealthy, the pouring raining covering the majority of his sounds.

The scraping of his claws were suspicious. Not like that of tree bark ripping apart, more like a knife being sharpened against stone. The unsettling noise could make you cringe like grinding down a chalkboard. 

Raze’s body was heavier than normal. The rain was weighing him down, and then a pause in his movements, body leaning over the edge of something like he was ready to pounce. And Ford, finally shaking to consciousness to peer through Raze’s bloody eye’s realized that he wasn’t about to kill someone.
