This afternoon at the PT Sanjaya Sawit office.

“I was helped by a friend yesterday, Sir,” Grace revealed.

Bobby replied, “Alright. Tell your friend that I need his help.”

Several people in the office claimed that their phones and social media accounts had been hacked. Some of them also reported losing money, even amounting to tens of millions of rupiahs. There were signs that the company itself would soon be affected.

Before anything untoward could happen, Bobby was already taking preemptive measures.

“Alright, I’ll try talking to my friend again, Director,” Grace concluded, before returning to her work.

That evening after work, Grace called Stefan, asking if he could give her an offline ride home without using the app. Arriving in front of the PT Sanjaya Sawit office, Stefan was stunned. This was his father-in-law’s company.

This was a golden opportunity. He figured that once he got home from driving tonight, he would tell his father-in-law that he could help solve the issues facing the employees. If Stefan could lend a hand, he would stand a strong chance of being hired at this office.

“Have you been waiting long?” asked Grace, who had just stepped out of the office building onto the sidewalk. Stefan had been waiting there for a while.

“Not even ten minutes,” Stefan replied, handing Grace a helmet.

“That’s still pretty long, Stefan. Alright, let’s go home!”

Grace hopped onto the back seat. Stefan revved his motorcycle’s accelerator quite hard. After crossing A. Rivai Street, they rode down Veteran Street, then turned left onto Rajawali Street. Passing M. Isa Street and arriving at the Simpang Patal Underpass, they took a right onto A. Rozak Street, and finally turned left into Celentang. Grand Garden was located in Celentang.

Throughout the ride, Grace kept sharing stories about her work experience at PT Sanjaya Sawit with Stefan. As it turned out, Grace had been working there for quite some time.

“Why don’t you bring your own vehicle?” Stefan asked.

“I don’t know how to ride a motorcycle. As for driving a car to work—ugh, traffic is awful, I hate it. So taking an online ride is just better.”

“How about I become your regular driver to take you home after work?” Stefan offered hopefully.

“That sounds nice. But do you always stay around the city center in the late afternoon? What if you’re far away when I get off work?”

“Don’t worry. When afternoon comes, I won’t be far from there. Bottom line is, I’ll make it work.”

Grace was gorgeous, bearing a striking resemblance to Maudy Ayunda. Her figure was neither slender nor overweight—fair to say, quite voluptuous. As an executive secretary used to speaking in front of many people, Grace possessed a firm, pleasant voice, akin to a bank teller or a radio broadcaster.

One of the office employees had agreed to let Stefan assist with the wiretapping and theft case. Stefan was promised a payment of three hundred thousand rupiahs. Tomorrow morning, Grace would send him the victim’s data. If Stefan succeeded, three or four more employees were willing to ask for his help as well.

“Tomorrow morning, ask for their data via chat or email. I’ll handle it from home.”

Stefan continued working until eight at night. From morning to night, he completed a total of fifteen orders, earning around two hundred thousand rupiahs. Not bad for the day.

Before heading home, Stefan bought a pizza worth around one hundred twenty thousand rupiahs for his family. Stefan wanted to make his wife, in-laws, and siblings-in-law happy with him. He desperately wanted them to drop their stigma and all kinds of bad labels against him.

Stefan parked his motorcycle in the front yard, then knocked on the door while offering a greeting. Only his wife came to open it, while the others were busy with their own affairs.

“Don’t come home too late next time,” Lionny said as she took the helmet from Stefan’s hand.

Stefan looked at her happily and said, “Coming home late means I can earn more.”

“But you’ve only just recovered. We’re worried something might happen to you, especially since you’re working on the road.”

“Don’t worry. I’m completely healthy.”

The moment Stefan stepped into the family room, his in-laws and siblings-in-law simultaneously pinched their noses.

“You stink so bad!” Robert complained.

“Goodness! The sweat is unbearable!” Luchy mocked.

“Don’t you come near me!” Chyntia huffed repeatedly.

“Stefan, go shower quickly! You smell terrible!”

Far from being offended, Stefan simply smiled while setting the pizza down on the table. “Got quite a lot of orders today, so there was some extra income. We can eat together.”

Stefan then walked toward his bedroom. Lionny wanted to go over to him, but her parents stopped her.

“Leave him be, Lionny. You don’t need to pay attention to him anymore,” her mother said curtly.

“Do you guys actually want to eat pizza bought by that amnesiac?” Bobby asked while rubbing his nose, which didn't even itch.

His wife, Robert, and Luchy answered in unison, “No!”

Lionny, however, remained silent.

Robert snatched the pizza box, crushed it in his hands, and threw it into the trash can outside the gate. Shortly after, a scavenger passed by and picked up the pizza.

After showering and smelling fresh, Stefan sat down beside his wife, watching his in-laws with a radiant face, a broad smile spreading across his lips. Then, he looked over at his brother- and sister-in-law. Stefan felt truly happy.

“The pizza sure went fast! You must have been really hungry. Tomorrow I’ll buy a jumbo one. Sorry that one was a bit small—I thought it would be enough for the five of you.”

Robert stood up, grabbed his younger sister Luchy by the hand, and said, “Let’s get out of here quick! Unless you want to catch his craziness?”

“No way! Eww, terrifying!”

The two of them bounded off the family room sofa and headed to their respective bedrooms on the second floor.

Chyntia, his mother-in-law, kept observing her son-in-law’s behavior and speech over the past few days. It seemed Stefan was showing steady progress over time. *If Stefan truly recovers, we can use him as a household servant,* she thought to herself.

Stefan looked his father-in-law in the eye. Straightening his posture, he spoke up. “It seems several employees at your company are having trouble, Father. Their phones and social media have been hacked, and their money was stolen. If left unchecked, the hacker might breach the company’s security system. If that happens, the company could be in serious danger.”

Bobby was still rubbing his nose, responding to Stefan’s words with a sneer. “Trying to play the hero? Don’t bother! I already have a master hacker who will handle my employees’ problems.”

“I’m sure I can help you, Father. There’s no need to hire that person.”

“You’re talking complete nonsense. If you keep acting like this, we’re seriously putting you in a mental hospital.”

Stefan let out a breath. He refused to give up. “The proof is that I helped a woman yesterday.”

“I already told you, it’s not necessary!”

As they continued touring the office floors, Stefan stepped closer to Grace and said, "It's been a pleasure having you as a passenger and a secretary." Stefan flashed a crisp smile, nearly chuckling. Grace’s memory drifted back to the past, to the exact moment she first met Stefan. Back then, she had been a passenger hailing an ojol driver, and bizarrely, that very same driver had ended up stepping in to rescue her when she was in a bind. Grace offered a gentle smile in return. "It's been an honor knowing the ojol driver who is now a CEO." She smoothed down the lapels of her sharp black blazer, instinctively tidying her appearance. That simple gesture signaled that she had fully moved on, shedding her romantic crush and pivoting to a genuine, platonic fondness for Stefan. "Look at Martin over there. Handsome and dashing! If anyone dares to flash a flirtatious wink at you now, he'll break that person's leg!" Grace blushed. "What if the person winking at you is you, Stefan?" she tea

Grace began learning to make peace with her heart. Though difficult and heavy, she had to push through and redirect her feelings to where they truly belonged. She was required to maintain absolute professionalism at the office. Therefore, whenever she stood before Stefan, Grace had to stay strong, even though the lingering ache in her chest could not be erased overnight. Stefan apologized to Grace if his attitude all this time had been wrong or failed to meet expectations. Meanwhile, Grace had no choice but to broaden her chest and accept it as she should. Stefan eventually disclosed the whole situation to Pak Arya. True to his pragmatic nature, Pak Arya simply responded with a quiet smile. Pak Arya’s demeanor remained cold when addressing the close dynamic between Stefan and his daughter. He had no grand expectations, and upon learning what had transpired, Pak Arya actually scolded his daughter. Yet, Stefan stepped in to defend Grace. He then pivoted to pitching the arrangement

In the Nano-ID office, specifically inside the secretary’s workspace. For as long as they had known each other, this was the first time Stefan had ever physically touched Grace. To a predatory man, Stefan would have seemed utterly foolish—why not exploit the opportunity for illicit pleasure when a stunning beauty presented herself on a silver platter? Yet, having never fallen into the dark abyss of immorality in his past, Stefan hadn't even entertained the thought of grabbing Grace’s hand, kissing her lips, or inviting her to a hotel room. And yet, a woman like Grace would have gladly laid down her life for him if he so desired. Grace had admired and loved Stefan for a long time. It wasn’t that Stefan was oblivious—no, not at all. Stefan was well aware. But he refused to let himself cross that threshold and throw open the doors of his heart. Stefan had no desire to become trapped in the wrong kind of love. If Grace hadn't been an absolute professional, she probably would have resi

“Grace, let's stop over there. Martin asked me to pick up some mutton satay for your mother. He knows most of the Diningrat Family members love mutton satay,” Stefan said, pointing toward a roadside stall ahead. The Mercy pulled over smoothly. Stefan unbuckled his seatbelt, pushed open the door, and stepped out. “Wait for me here, Grace,” he added before closing the door. Stefan approached the street vendor and ordered two portions. Ten minutes later, he returned to the car carrying the packaged food. Grace looked over with a mix of surprise and a flat expression, asking, “Seriously, Martin asked for this?” as she put the car back in drive. Stefan nodded. “I wouldn't make that up.” Upon arriving at Grace’s house, her mother warmly welcomed Stefan inside. Stefan had calculated his timing carefully; with Pak Arya currently away in Switzerland, he wouldn't feel the awkward pressure he had experienced during past visits. Stefan adopted a friendly tone. “This is a gift from Martin. I

As dusk settled, a gorgeous park in Jakarta glowed under the waning light. Orange hues bled across the vast sky. Thin, wispy clouds drifted lazily. The sun plunged deeper toward the western horizon. Nightfall was drawing near. Stefan was not a romantic man. Sometimes, poetic lines could tear right through the heart. They felt far too cliché. Having spent a lifetime wrestling with code, diction felt almost intimidating. Stefan wasn't an overbearing, dominant alpha; he was a sigma male. He carried himself with a cool, relaxed demeanor. Yet beneath that exterior, he possessed a fiercely genuine heart. “Grace... you are a goddess.” Grace burst into laughter instead. She knew Stefan wasn't the poetic type. Was he trying to play the bard today? Was she dreaming? Covering her eyes with her palm, Grace joked, “I’m just a secretary.” “Grace... you are an angel.” Grace laughed even harder. Stefan rarely joked around, though that didn't mean he never laughed. He simply avoided casu

Tonight at Prime Hotel Jakarta. This eighteen-story building was a well-known property owned by Sudrajat Corp. Because it was an elite and expensive hotel, not just anyone could stay overnight or dine here. Stefan deliberately chose Prime Hotel as the meeting venue between Nano-ID and Sudrajat Corp. Adjusting his posture, Stefan addressed the two representatives from Sudrajat Corp, "Thank you for the warm reception. We are delighted to be here." Andreas smiled and replied, "We should be the ones thanking Nano-ID for taking the time to attend this meeting." The middle-aged man was slated to be a manager at Su.Co, a newly formed startup owned by Sudrajat Corp. Michail Sarwono also smiled and chimed in, "We should have been the ones coming to your office. Apologies for any inconvenience." This rather elderly man was one of the directors at Sudrajat Corp and a biological grandson of the late Mr. Sudrajat. Stefan was slightly surprised that Mr. Michail himself had turned up. After all
