Chapter 10

It was pouring heavily the next day as I left work. The raindrops could well be bullets fired all over me, buffeting me in tandem with the raging winds, leaving me with icy pain.

I haggardly opened the door and threw my soaked jacket at the doorway, ready to look for a towel in the washroom.
