That evening we spend a night under the brightness of the moon that illuminated the whole garden. It feels so surreal. This is the first time I feel so lighted with a man who made me a woman, a wife, and who really am I.

Even after the heartache I felt from my parents, and sometimes with his words, I still feel so safe and comfortable in his arms.

The next day I woke up feeling good. Callum and I left the house together and he drove me to the company.

“Good morning, ma’am!” Christina greeted me when I got out of the elevator.

I smiled, “good morning, Chris.”

I entered the office followed by Chris who immediately reminded me of what I had to do today. I was so busy with what I was doing, even with my meetings that day that I forgot to eat lunch. If Christina hadn’t reminded me about lunch I wouldn’t have remembered not eating.

“Ma’am, it’s already one o’clock and you haven’t eaten yet.” Christina said when she entered my office and brought food from the cafeteria.
