Strange things
The silence was the only thing Gabriel felt as he stood in the room. He could not hear any sound since there was a total stillness in the hall. If a pin could get dropped the sound would echo like a festival drum.
However, the quietness in the room was not an issue for Gabriel. Instead, it was the frozen people that dazed him and freaked him out.
"What the hell happened here?" He mumbles.
Gabriel touched the face of a young gentleman. He then drew his hand back after realizing that the guy's body was still warm.
Everyone was completely motionless, and their eyes got stuck in one direction. There was absolutely no movement or sound in the hall, except for Gabriel.
