The kitchen was bustling this morning.
"Corrine, stop playing with your phone! Can you help me take care your little sister?" Maura shouted as she made pancakes, while Emily was crying because of a wet diaper.
"Mom, I'm busy. I have a lot of tasks today," Corrine replied.
"Elise, then help your sister!"
Elise grumbled in annoyance, "Fine!"
Elise put down her book and picked up Emily.
"Good morning, honey!" Harry kissed his wife's cheek as he grabbed a piece of bread and ate it. "Where's Eiden?"
"Ugh, he must be still sleeping. Corrine, wake him up!"
"Mom-"
"I know you're busy, but can't you help me just a little bit?"
Corrine rolled her eyes, "Okay." She put her phone down and went upstairs.
Corrine knocked on Eiden's door and called him several times, but there’s no answer. She opened the door and entered the room. Eiden was no longer there.
Corrine felt relieved that she didn't have to go through the trouble of waking up her brother. As she was about to leave the room, her eyes caught sight of an object on the table. It was a black cassette and a cassette player.
"I didn't know you liked collecting antiques stuffs," Corrine whispered softly. "I guess you wouldn't mind if I borrow it for a while, right?"
Corrine smiled and took the cassette without Eiden's knowledge. She planned to return it after her classes. Corrine quickly went back to her room and got ready to go to campus.
At the campus cafeteria, Corrine took out the cassette she had taken from Eiden's room. Laura and Hayle approached her.
"What's this?" Hayle asked as he took the cassette from Corrine's hand.
"I found it in my brother's room."
"You mean, you stole it?" Laura asked, laughing.
"No. I just borrow it, and I'll give it back later."
"Does it still work?" Hayle asked.
"Yep, I think so. I havn’t try it yet." Corrine took out the cassette player and handed it to Hayle.
Just as Hayle was about to play it, their phones rang. It was a message from their student group saying that the class time had been moved up.
"Well, that's great!" Hayle said with a frustrated expression.
Everyone had entered the classroom, except for Corrine and Laura, who were getting books from the library. Tony informed them that Professor Edward Snowden would be 15 minutes late. Some students felt disappointed, while others felt happy and even hoped that the class would end without any lessons.
Hayle eagerly stepped forward in the class.
"Attention, please!"
Everyone suddenly fell silent and turned their attention to Hayle.
"So, I have something unique that I want to show you all." Hayle took out a cassette. "I have this!"
The students looked intrigued, wondering what Hayle had in store for them.
The students laughed and looked at Hayle strangely, except for one person. Tony, the weird and quiet student, looked at the cassette in Hayle's hand with a serious expression.
"This cassette contains a song called 'Terrifying' that was released in 1934. Well, sounds weird, right? Haha. Okay, let's play it!" Hayle insert the cassette into the player and bring it closer to the microphone on the podium.
"Wait!" Tony quickly walked over to Hayle.
"Where did you get this?" Tony asked.
Hayle looked at Tony strangely, "From Corrine, why?"
"May I see it?" Tony asked.
"Sure." Hayle give it to Tony.
Tony examined the cassette carefully. He feel that something was wrong.
"It's probably best not to play it," Tony advised.
"Why?" Hayle asked.
"Hey, freak, get the fuck outta here!" Collins shouted.
"Huuuuu!" All the students jeered at Tony and threw paper at him.
Hayle snatched the cassette from Tony's hand and inserted it into the player. Tony didn't want to hear that song. He quickly grabbed his bag and ran out of the classroom. He knew something!
In the library, Corrine and Laura were waiting in line to borrow books. Corrine appeared restless.
Laura, noticing this, asked, "Corrine, what's going on?"
Corrine bit her lip. "Laura, I have a feeling that something is going to happen."
"Something like what?" asked Laura curiously.
"I don't know."
Laura silent for a moment, then said, "Maybe it's just your feeling. Sometimes I also feel it without any reason, but it doesn't mean something bad will happen, right? Maybe you're just overly stressed."
"Yeah, maybe," Corrine tried to calm herself with Laura's words.
After filling out the list, they left the library. Suddenly, everyone was startled by a loud, repetitive crashing sound. It sounded like something had fallen. Right at that moment, everyone started running out of the building.
Corrine and Laura, witnessing this, were shocked. Laura quickly stopped a student who was running.
"Hey, what's going on?!" she asked.
The school hall looks bright with slightly yellow lights. All the students were silent and gathered there to celebrate the school anniversary. They wore informal dresses and gowns for this evening's celebration. Mr. Edison, as the principal of the school, gave a speech and invited the students to continue learning and excel to improve the good name of the school. At the end of Mr. Edison's fired party poppers, all the students cheered and applauded. Mr. Edison gave the microphone to one of the crew and got off the stage. A well-known DJ in Los Angeles took the stage in place of the principal. All the students shouted again happily. He signaled to the multimedia technician. The main light was turned off and turned into a disco light that illuminated the entire room. Music began to sound as soon as his nimble hands played on the turntable. All the student
Quickly Mr. Edison told his brother to hide. "Come in!" The door slowly opened revealing a woman who was one of the teachers at the school. Mrs. Karina Nelson is a Mathematics teacher of Indonesian-American descent. "Hi, Mr. Edison." "Hi. Oh, it's you." Mr. Edison tried to smile to cover his panic. "I thought you were home." "Oh, not yet. I still have a little work to do." "Did I bother you, sir?" "No. Not at all." It's hard to cover up panic. But he had to get over it so that Mrs. Nelson did not suspect Marco's whereabouts. "I think I overheard you talking to someone?" "Yes. I was talking t
Just as the officer was about to take it. Marco snatched it up quickly. "Hey! What the hell, Dude?" Ignoring the officer, Marco rummaged through the trash. His hand touched a black package that was quite hard in the shape of a square. He was sure it was. Marco took it and quickly carried the package away. He returned to the apartment. Don't forget to return Kevin's car and thank him. Marco also called his brother, saying he had received the payment. *** Mr. Edison took a deep breath. He looked at Alex who was sitting in front of him, tapping his pen on the table. He didn't expect his little brother's ball to do something as reckless and stupid as this. "I don't want to mean anything bad. I just don't want Marco to be caught by the police."
"What's going on?" Jean showed a small pack of white powder in his hand. "Heroin," Jean said. "What?" Caesar doesn't believe. "This girl looks for her." How can girls who are still in school use heroin? "Where do you get this thing?" Jean said while showing objects in his hand. The girl was still silent and instead looked away. "I said, where do you get this?!" Jean began to be angry. The girl in front of him glanced with a feeling of fear. "From my friend." "Who?" "Alebra from the twelfth grade." "Show me!" Jean took over the girl, holding his right hand. "You forward to my investigatio
Joe immediately contacted Jean using the code through the walkie-talkie on the left-back. Saying that suspended ran over the fence behind the school. Joe quickly ran down. They immediately entered the car and headed behind the school. They walked along the road and the alley behind the school. Jean's eyes did not stop looking around and hoped to find the boys who escaped. After an hour around, there are still no signs of his existence. They have lost traces. "It's better if we go back to school and hope that the teacher hasn't come home," Jean advises. Joe immediately turned around back to school. Right when they get at the gate, Mrs. Carey's Car just wanted to come out. Seeing the two police officers back, Mrs. Carey rushed down from the car and approached them. "How's Going?" "We can't find him. Can I ask his address?" Jo
Marco sat in the interrogation room with handcuffs tied to his hands. He smiled disdainfully at the two policemen in front of him. The time he couldn't dodge it at all, all the evidence was on him. Starting from the evidence found in the anonymous e-mail to the testimony given by his brother. "Then what? You want to imprison me?" "Absolutely! You've killed a teenager. And that means you're in trouble with the law," Alex replied. "I did it because I needed the money!" "I won't blame you if you're in debt with the bookies. But eliminating someone for money is a crime," Tom said. "I know. But I can't do anything! I need that money to pay my loan! A cop like you won't know what it's like to be terrorized all the time. He threatened to hurt my girlfriend if I didn't pay the debt. I just took the opportunity.
School was again shocked by the death of a student named Avi Melinda. Her body was found in the school hall by Mr. Hilto while cleaning the hallway. According to the news circulating, Mr. Hilton was mopping the hallway floor Around 5:35 AM and found the hall doors opened. Feeling suspicious and curious, he then checked inside. Sure enough, a student was lying on a bench in the hall with her neck cut and blood splattered everywhere. He then called the police. The news spread very quickly, today one by one the guardians of the students came to the school to ask for a letter of transfer from Mrs. Elsa. They want to move their child to another school on the grounds that Elizabeth High School is no longer safe. The atmosphere was very tense in the hearts of us students who still survive. It can be seen from the list of students on the bulletin board of 643 students, now only 521 are left. Quite a drastic decrease. Uninhabited benches began to be moved into the warehouse by Mr. Hil
The sound of music filled the entire school hall. Elizabeth High School's 25th anniversary party was very lively. The school invited a well-known DJ to enliven the event. All the students looked happy and danced along with the disco music that filled the ears. The colorful lights flickered to the beat of the DJ's music. Various kinds of decorations filled the room, adding to the festiveness of the party. It was as if the school hall had been turned into a night club. Two security guards were assigned to stand guard in case of a commotion. But they don't seem to be doing their job properly. They are actually drunk because they drank too much alcohol.Among the hundreds of students who were dancing, a boy ran through the crowd. He looked very frightened. Bumped into some older kids. They cursed him with harsh words, but the boy didn't seem to care. He went to two drunken school guards to ask for
