ASTRID’s POVI was on the bed.. I didn't step out of my room that night and Ethan didn't come back.. It was almost midnight and he didn't come to the room or even call me.. The music had gone off and I knew everyone was fast asleep. I was on the bed wondering if Mateo saw Ethan and me or even heard us, but I knew he was there. I've been having diggendy thoughts about calling him but I wasn't sure if it was a great idea..I took a bottle of red wine and stared at myself in the mirror while drinking it.“Happy Anniversary to me.. I guess.”I gulped down a glass and chuckled loudly. I didn't know what to do. Laugh or cry. I was mad at myself because I think I ruined mine and Ethan’s night and I was also mad because I cared and was worried about Mateo, if he saw something, if he saw us! Why was I angry about that?
