"What's up with Dave?" Lucy asks as we walk to our table, and I shake my head with a sigh, dropping my tray of food, and sliding in my seat.
"Apparently, he needs my help with tutoring. That's the reason Mr Corey called me to his office. " I say, and she scoffs, dropping her phone.
"What the hell is wrong with that boy? Does he seriously think you're going to help him after what he did? Well, what was your response?" She lifts her brows, and I shrug, "Told him to go fuck himself. There's no way I'll help him, Lucy. I can barely stand the sight of him, and now to be in the same room with him for hours? No, I think I'll pass. "
I shudder, opening my bottle of water, and taking a large gulp.
"Yes, and he won't stop staring at you, " she says, jerking her head behind me, with her shooting daggers in the direction.

ASHLEY. My eyes are wide as my gaze meets with Sinclair's, and I move so fast, and almost fall off the bed. I scurry away from him, heat spreading across the cheeks at the thought he caught me. Again. Why the hell is he always walking in on me doing nasty things? Why is he even here? Isn't he supposed to be at a party with my brother? How the hell did he even get in? "Enjoying yourself, little Greene?" There's a glint in his eyes as the words slip through his lips, and I shake my head, slowly backing further away from him. ASHLEY. The echoes of my heartbeats is boisterous in my ear as I stare at the man before me. He leans forward, hovering over me, with his hands placed on either side of me, and my tongue darts out unconsciously to wet my lips. Sinclair's gaze follows the movement, and he snags my lips in his; his tongue thrusting in my mouth, and intruding mine. He fights against mine for dominance, and I let out a throaty sob, wrapping my arms around his neck to pull him closer. The metal of his lip is cold against my lips, and a shiver runs down my spine from the contact; my core burning with the need for him. I groan against his lips as Sin pulls my bottom lip between his teeth, before sucking on the flesh, and in a strange way; that burns right across my body. ASHLEY. "So how was it?" I inquire Lucy as we stride down across the corridor of the school with a huge smile on my face. Lucy doesn't seem as delighted as I thought she was going to be after spending last night with Darren, and the curiosity is killing me. "Nothing like what you visualized. " She murmurs as she stops at her locker, punching the code, and pulling it open. I frown, and cross my hands against my chest, before saying, "Why? Did something happen? Did he try to do something stupid? Did you get caught up? Or he bailed on you?" The words slip through my lips, and Lucy responds with a chuckle, shaking her head as she rummages through her locker. "I would have been happy if any of that stuff happened. At least I wouldn't have to go through what I went through yesterday. " What the hell did that guy do? I swear to God I'm going to... Let's not jump to conclusion

ASHLEY. "Are you still thinking about it?" I question Lucy who turns to me with a smile on her face, and she shakes her head as she pulls on the straps of her bag, saying, "No, he came up to me, and apologized when you took off to the restroom. He said something was going on, and he was distracted. " "Finally. Now, you'll stop being such a brooding bitch. " I tease, and she rolls her eyes at me with a laugh. "What's the deal with you, and Quinn though? She's been staring at you since forever. " She jerks her head towards a direction, and I turn in my stand to come into view with a glaring Quinn. She's leaning against the locker next to Dave's, and I smirk at her, raising my middle finger. She literally fumes where she stands, and a laugh slips through my lips as I turn back to Lucy, saying, "She confronted me at the restroom, and I fix her in her place."

ASHLEY. An alarming thought flashes through my mind— Sinclair is standing by my door. Then the second one; Sinclair is standing by my door, staring at the position I'm in with my ex-boyfriend. One he knows. And one I told him not to hurt. I push at Dave, not caring if I hurt him as I move to my stand, with a smile directed at Sinclair. "Um, hi, " I mutter awkwardly, but he isn't staring at me. His eyes are fixed on a boy behind me, who's now struggling to get up. Dave moves to stand beside me, and his eyes find Sinclair, who doesn't look so happy with the boy. With one last glance at Dave, Sinclair walks out of my room, and the first thought in my head is to go after him. But I don't do that. Instead, I turn to Dave with a scowl on my face as I say, "What the hell was that?" He shakes his

ASHLEY. "I'm heading to school. " I say to a smiling Vincent who's leaning against the counter, and he raises his attention from his phone to meet my gaze. "Hey, little nerd, " he teases, stalking towards me, and I roll my eyes before grabbing an apple from the refrigerator. "I don't have time for your jokes, Vincent. " "You know, I've been thinking you barely eat anything good. You're always munching on that Apple, and ice cream all day long. " I didn't know you observed that, asshole. "Well, with mom being busy with work, " my stomach drops as the name slips through my parted lips, with the apple hanging in the air. I hate it. I hate the fact that she's always working herself so much. She barely has time to take care of herself, not to talk of her children. "Don't you think we should try to persuade mom to stop?" The wetness between my thighs only seem to worsen at Sinclair's words, and I wrap my arms tightly around his waist, laying my head against his back, and not caring about the fact that I'm missing a couple of periods for a time with this man. The ride comes to an abrupt end, and I lift my head at the noise that surrounds me. Gazing around my surroundings; we are literally at another part of the town I never knew of. This place seems far from home, and I furrow my brows as Sinclair jerks his head towards me. Landing safely on my feet; I remove the helmet, fix my hair, and meet Sinclair's gaze with lifted brows.
