Carla instantly carried Tio at her back while in werewolf form after killing the werewolf who assaulted him.

"Please, let us go to Lilith first," Tio begged, his wound hurting.

"No, Tio. You're gravely injured, and if we don't treat your wounds immediately, you'll lose even more blood," Carla stated as she rushed back to their territory.

Tio then clenched his eyes tightly, attempting to scream in pain as his wound continued to ache. He didn't know what to do because he was in so much pain at the time. He had no idea he would end up in that situation. He only wanted to save Lilith at the time, but he couldn't even save himself. He might have died if Carla and Stephen hadn't arrived.

Tio's last words before passing out were, "Please preserve Lilith."
