"One thousand dollars all in all, Ma'am," the cashier uttered as she smiled widely.

I doubt if I should pay for it, but since I hold grudges right now, I think this will make me feel better. I abruptly handed the black card to the cashier.

"Just swipe it, Miss." I smirked.

She nodded and swiped the card before fixing the paper bags. That's a lot of bags, but I think I can manage to hold most of those.

It's a good thing that Delton let me go earlier. I told him that I would only buy milk tea, but since I was still annoyed about the exhibit incident, I headed to the mall and bought what I wanted. I am even thinking of escaping right now, but I know he has eyes on me. He surely didn't allow me to go out, especially if he knew that I wanted to escape. Sure, there are guards around, but they are unnoticeable—or maybe not.

And then I saw Mister June in his black cap and Mister Baldo in his white cap, both silently hiding from the side wall.
