20. The Party
Gabby's POV
I woke up the next day and found Jake at the kitchen cooking breakfast. He always does this small things that send butterflies to my stomach. If only I can find the room in my heart to really love him. For the past months that we've been together I got to know him better. I felt really secure and safe. I felt like for once I had someone that would stay. After Cassie left without any warnings or notices I told myself that I needed another constant person in my life and Jake was perfect. I can rely on him and when we decide to part ways there won't be any hard feelings or heartbreaks.
"You are spoiling me." I embraced him as he was frying some eggs.
