Choose to Survive

Richard pulled his wife's hand and took Bella away because he didn't want to see her being seen by the guests there. While Camellia just smiled triumphantly while occasionally looking at Crish who was getting more and more uncomfortable.

"Why are you still standing here? You don't know what to do? Or should I teach you how to blame? Camellia asked, raising her eyebrows.

"I know better what to do!" Crish replied as he left to catch up with Richard. Crish understood what Camellia meant, that woman must have wanted him to take his mother away from there so as not to make a mess. If not, then Camellia's threat to expose all of Crish's scandals still stands.

But this time it seems that Crish also thought that he should indeed take his mother away from there because the situation was not conducive. After that, he will develop a new strategy to deal with Camellia, who is now his stepmother.

Camellia didn't stay silent, she immediately followed Crish because she had to make sure everything happened according to her plan. “Then what do you get by making it expensive like that? Camellia and I are officially married. There's nothing you can do now,” laughed Richard evilly.

Bella burst into tears again, never imagined before that Richard would hurt her like this. Even though their household had started to drift apart a few years ago, Richard had never hurt her like this.

"Why are you so heartless to me? What did I do wrong? I've always tried to be a good wife for you all this time. I have always supported your career, I accompanied you from when you had nothing, but now you even have the heart to destroy my life," Bella poured out all the pain she felt at that time, hoping that Richard would understand.

"You want to know why I did this?" Richard took a deep breath, "Because I don't love you anymore," he continued.

Bella couldn't accept it because Richard used to love her so much, how could such a great love just disappear from Richard's heart, while in his heart Richard's name always occupied the highest throne?

“Maybe it's time for you to know everything I've been hiding all this time. Even before Camellia, I had affairs behind your back with various women, but only Camellia managed to make me fall in love so much that I didn't want to lose her, that's why I married her," explained Richard without the slightest guilt. It seems that the term father like a son is true, Richard is not much different from Crish.

I don't know how broken Bella's heart was at that time until finally, she could only cry silently while holding her chest which was starting to get tight.

"If you don't want me to remarry, then I will divorce you right now, the divorce papers will be taken care of by my assistant," said Richard after a moment of silence.

Bella immediately shook her head, "No, don't divorce me, I don't want to be separated from me," Bella refused, it seemed she still loved her husband even though he had been hurt in such a way.

"No, Mother. Just let him divorce you, I'd rather agree if you two split up,” said Crish who suddenly came into the room and stood beside his mother like a protector.

“Crish, why are you saying that? I don't want to be separated from your father," said Bella, who still insisted on maintaining her household.

"Mom, what else is maintained if there is no happiness anymore? After all, dad now has a new wife, he is hurting you like this, why does Mommy still want to be with him? I'll make sure Mommy is happy even without a husband, there's me, Mom. Don't worry," said Crish. It was better for him to see his parents get divorced than to see his mother continue to be hurt like that.

But suddenly Camellia also came into the room, she walked so gracefully with her wedding dress still attached to her tiny body. Camellia approached Richard, then she took the man's hand passionately in front of Crish and Bella.

"I don't think there's a need for a divorce here. We can live in harmony, peace, and happiness together. I don't agree if you have to divorce your wife for me because I want to live side by side with your wife and children, I'm willing to share," Camellia said in a spoiled tone, smiling mysteriously.

Crish, Richard, and Bella were surprised to hear Camellia's story because no woman wants to share a husband, but the woman did not want Richard to divorce his wife.

"It's okay honey. I'm willing to divorce my wife right now, especially if she doesn't approve of our marriage. Besides, I don't love her anymore,” Richard answered without hesitation.

Camellia shook her head, then she put her index finger in front of Richard's lips, “No, honey. I don't want to take you from your wife. I am also aware that my position here is only as a second wife, so I am willing to share," she said.

Camellia's behavior made Crish even more furious, especially seeing Bella who couldn't stop crying because of Camellia's behavior.

“You bitch, whore! Why do you destroy other people's households like this? Why do you want to marry a man who is already married? Don't you think about the feelings of your wife and children? Huh?!" Bella was no longer able to hold back, she was fed up with that woman's behavior.

“Bella! You should thank Camellia for sharing so kindly. Why are you insulting him like that?” he snapped.

Crish started to understand Camellia's gameplay, he didn't want his father to divorce because he wanted to hurt his mother even more. Crish can't stay silent, he has to protect his mother.

"Enough! I've got your groove on, bitch. I won't let anyone hurt my mom again. Never mind, father. Divorce Mommy quickly, I will take care of the divorce process. There's nothing to argue about anymore, you have to get a divorce," said Crish firmly.

Camellia smiled slyly, “Did you understand the gameplay? Then don't make a wrong move," he said while playing with the phone in his hand and looking at Crish with a sarcastic look as if reminding him of what he had in the cellphone. Crish immediately fell silent with wide eyes, really he couldn't do anything as long as the evidence was still in Camellia's hand.

"I'm also tired of all this and want to get some rest, so now I want to ask you again, Bella. Do you want to divorce me or accept my marriage to Camellia and the three of us can live together peacefully?” he asked. Richard also didn't want to make Bella happy because after all, Bella had always accompanied him. However, Richard would prefer to let Bella go than leave Camellia.

“Just divorce, Mom. That would be much better for you,” Crish suggested.

Bella was silent for a long time, she was really confused about what decision to make because her love for Richard was still so great that she was not willing to see Richard with another woman even though her heart was already battered.

"No, I don't want to divorce you. I will try to accept your marriage with that bitch," Bella replied after a long silence.

“What? Mom, do you still want to survive in a toxic relationship like this? Why not just get a divorce?” protested Chris.

"No, Chris. I don't want to part with your father. I want to keep this household," Bella answered loudly. Yup, Bella would never be willing to give her husband to another woman because he was the one who accompanied her in the past, so it would be unfair if she chose to give in instead. Bella believes that one day Richard will definitely return to her and she will not stay silent either, she will try to get rid of Camellia in Richard's life.

"Okay, if that's what you want, I won't divorce you," said Crish, smiling happily. If you can have two wives, why should you choose one?

“Good choice, I will think of you as my sister,” Camellia chimed in.

"You'll see, I will repay all your actions, I will get rid of you from my husband's life. A bitch can't overtake a queen," Bella said to herself while glaring at Camellia with hatred.

She, that woman, had each other's grudges in her heart as a result of the actions of the two men standing there, Richard with a happy face, while Crish had an unpredictable facial expression. I don't know whose revenge will win in the end.
