Sebastian's POV

As I make my way through the rest of the afternoon, I can’t get Zahra Larkin out of my head. Her sapphire blue eyes and delicate features keep invading my thoughts, making it impossible to concentrate on my lessons. Every time I try to focus, I find myself picturing her shy smile and the way her eyes lit up when she talked about her pack’s training methods. The hours seem to blur together, and before I know it, the final bell rings. grabbing my bag I head straight out to the parking lot, not even bothering to drop my things off at my locker on the way.

I wait outside by my truck for the others to join me. We're planning to head over to Daphne’s diner on the way home instead of eating at the pack house. Leaning on my truck, I spot my cousin Alexander and his friends approaching.
