Chapter 20: Chocolate Cake.

Kiara had just woken up from another round of sleep and she realized she was alone in the empty room. She remembered what had happened to her son and she began to cry all over again,

"I can't believe this...why Is this always happening to me? Why me??" She sobbed bitterly as the image of Rafa throwing her precious bundle of joy into the lake haunted her. And the most painful part is that they didn't allow her to die with him.

She couldn't leave and she couldn't die. It was hell for her. She sniffed back her tears and suddenly the door to her room creaked open, when she raised her view, she saw it was Clyde and he was coming in with a plate of something.

"What is that?" She asked bluntly, the amount of hatred in her heart was deadly and could easily kill a grown wolf. He stopped for a while and looked at the platebefore moving closer to her,

"It's food, you're meant to eat it." He answered her to satisfaction and dropped the plate on her legs,
