"Tell them am not available! Handle all the damn shit and don't call me am you hear me?!" I yell at my secretary on the phone. She has been calling endlessly about some of my freaking business associates asking after me. How do they expect me to work when my son is in a critical condition? David's condition is getting out of hand. He has refused to go to the hospital. The doctor suggested a private nurse to watch him. I wonder what's keeping the freaking nurse!
