Jada climbed the steps that lead to the alpha king's throne with the staff in his hand. Just one step to Alpha Ryder and Jada stopped, and recited an incantation.

After a few minutes, he was done. He smiled at Alpha Ryder, and Alpha Ryder smiled back at him.

“With the powers bestowed on me as a seer, I hereby give you this staff as a protector to you,” said Jada as he bowed and stretched forth his hands with the staff on his palms.

With a smiling face, alpha Ryder extended his hand and took it from Jada's hands. Immediately he took it, a roar of thunder resonated the whole pack. People from other packs saw the thunder lighting, and they were filled with fear, wondering what was happening.

Just in seconds, alpha Ryder's eyes were inflamed with fear and everyone inside the throne room witnessed it, and they were amazed.
