First attack

With how close Claire was to Axel, Sean became jealous and began to suspect them, she had rejected hanging out with him countless times and he was angry about that.

He followed them early in the morning for their early morning routine and was shocked to see Axel change into a big black wolf.

He was terrified that he ran to tell the others, Axel and Claire returned back to the town and people couldn't stop staring at him.

"What are they all staring at me" Axel asked Claire

"I don't know" she replied confused on what was happening.

"There you are" Sean said standing beside him was an elderly witch, she crossed her arms looking at him.

"Are you sure about what you saw" Lydia asked Sean and he nodded.

"Prove it" she stated.

Sean had come to her claiming that he has seen a black wolf and he was living amongst without them knowing, in a bid to know who it was she followed him to see for herself.

Sean threw fireballs at Axel and he didn't move, the fire didn't hurt him but rather he ignited a blue flame around his body.

"He is not a wolf, he is a wizard, can you see that witches can do that.

Sean, for bringing me out here due to your false claim you will be punished severely" Lydia sternly said turning her back to him.

"He is a wolf" Sea. struggled to find his evidence until he saw Claire smirking at him.

"Pain" He said and Claire was in so much pain that her body could no longer cope with, she wriggled and fretted on the cold floor and Axel watched with daring eyes.

"Stop" Axel ordered, his voice laced with anger,

"Make me" Sean mocked still chanting his words, Claire screamed in pain and it hurt Axel.

He turned into a big wolf and threw Sean into building.

Gaspes were heard as they was terrified by Axel's wolf. Hazel could hear strange noises and she stepped out of the house only to Luther standing brave and tall, she ran and stood in front of him covering him.

"Hazel, you dared to bring a demon Wolf into the witches town. This is an abomination" Lydia seethed with anger.

"I will handle it" Hazel answered.

"Oh yes you will, I want him out of her this instant" Lydia commanded irrespective of how powerful Hazel was compared to her, because she was the witches master she exerted her power.

"I can't send him back now, he is not yet ready" Hazel retorted.

"You have no choice or else he will die a painful death" Lydia said referring to being beheaded and burnt with fire.

"I will take him out of here" She replied and Luther followed her.

"Claire, you stand right there" Lydia commanded Claire who intended to follow them.

"We are under attack Witch Master, Rogue have broken down the wall and are headed this way, they have killed every single witches that tried to stop them" A maiden witch rushed to inform Lydia.

"Quick, Assembly the witches" Lydia ordered and went to the direction where the rogues were coming from.

Hazel took Axel back to the house and Claire sneakily followed them, making their house Invisible, Hazel and Claire watched how the rogues were killing the witches and Claire felt uneasy about it.

"I am going to help them" she said running down the stairs.

"When you leave, don't come back ever" Hazel said not sparing her a glance.

Claire summoned up courage and left killing off two rogues she continued further to kill more, because she was concentrating forward she couldn't perceive an attack coming from behind her.

Luther appeared from behind and stumped down the rogue tearing off its neck with his claw. he launched in the air killing every single rogue he could possibly find until they was none.

The witches helped their wounded to a safe place and they celebrated their victory but they knew fully well that it wasn't them who won the war.

Luther changed back to Axel and he walked back home with his body drenched in blood,

"We did well for our first attack" Luther said,

"Yeah, I am amazed at how agile you are" Axel replied.

"Axel I will like to apologise for my rude behaviour earlier, you are more than welcome to stay with us for as long as you want" Lydia apologized, if it weren't for him then they would all be dead, they had set up the invisible wall due to the rogues because most of their magic doesn't work on them.

Axel held his head high as he looked at her.

"And Claire, how would you like to join the witches warriors?" Lydia suggested.

"No thanks" Claire refused, she enjoyed the training she got from Hazel which was more than enough for her.

Hazel felt proud of both of them though she was angrier earlier with Axel because he chooses to help the people who tried to send him away.

She smiled at Axel, he was becoming the king that she had trained him to be.
