Thirty

Watching Greg shop was something like a horror movie for Kristen. She knew that he had not been like her when she saw him pick something up and then throw it in the cart. He moved through the store as if he had known where everything was, but he acted surprised when he found something new. It was a wake-up for her that he just enjoyed life to the fullest most days. He enjoyed looking at things as well. She normally knew exactly what she was there for and only went to get that.

Though there wasn’t a lot that he needed to get at the store, he still looked at nearly everything, “Some times you see something you didn’t know you wanted or needed. We have the time today, so why not enjoy it. When we get home, you can take a nap.” He chuckled as they continued to walk around. “Last time I was here, I found these cool pens and got them. They turned out to be the best type of pen I have ever used. So I count that as a win.”
