Chapter 49 - Am I Not Entitled?

“Wife, you are too serious, I was just teasing you,” he said while he chuckled.

Moriah wanted to pretend to be offended, however a smile made its way to her face and Ethan, whose gaze never strayed from her, was quick to see it.

“That smile,” he said. “I like it,” he leaned forward for another kiss, but the elevator stopped and opened. He muttered under his breath. “Bad timing.”

Moriah stepped out of the elevator and in haste she went to their suite. She tapped the keycard on the sensor and opened the door. She immediately strode to where the phone was situated and looked at the menu.

“Hubby, what do you want for dinner?” she asked while she covered the mouthpiece.

“Anything will do,” Ethan wasn’t a picky eater and he doesn’t have any food allergy.

Their food arrived thirty minutes after Moriah called for room service.
