"What do you mean you want me to be your wife? I have a home to return to." Amelia snapped at him stunned by what he had just said.

"Exactly what you heard darling." He said looking at her again but she was still trying to grasp what he just said.

"Do you think you're a welcomed guest? You're human and many see you as either a prey or an enemy… I doubt you would be able to survive on your own, so I want you to stay by my side." He explained to her as his heart raced in anticipation wanting her to agree with him.

"What makes you think so? Why don't you just set me free?" She questioned him as she thought of her parents who she didn't have time to say goodbye to.

"You had no idea that once you set foot in here you're a prisoner…. I'm giving you an opportunity I won't give to anyone else, you must become my wife since I let your friends go." He said with an unreadable expression that made her feel sick.
