The drive from the outskirts of the pack where I live with my mother to the main pack, takes us about one hour and we arrive safely and on time.I turn to look at my mother who is driving, with a worried look on her face. I’m going to have a short break after I’m done serving the fourth table before I continue. I carry the silver tray in my hand and head outside. CHAPTER FOURTEEN Carter's POV. The Royal Banquet is usually a ceremony held once every year to celebrate the successes of the pack. Our victories over the enemies and other small events. Today is the day set aside for the ceremony. A day for the pack members to enjoy themselves. Some even go as far in finding their mates which is obviously a part of the werewolf community rituals.Right now I’m standing before my mirror in my closet, trying to get myself ready for the party.
