Two days until the blood moon but my wolf was already clawing at my control. I stood at the window of Natasha's hospital room trying to breathe through the urge to shift when my phone buzzed with an alert from Sarah.

Armed intruders. Main entrance. Multiple hostiles.

I was moving before I finished reading the message. Out the door and into the hallway where two pack guards stood post.
