Chapter 57

Arielle forced herself to endure the loneliness, even though she was sad being alone. Despite her fear that someone might be waiting outside her room to kill her, she bravely faced her fears.

She called Kim to see if she could accompany her to her house, but Kim was in a distant province conducting a medical mission while her friend Bret was in the State and accompanying his grandpa who went back home after visiting him. She had no one else to call, which only made her feel more saddened.

Unable to sleep, she went out to the terrace to get some fresh air and try to fall asleep. She frowned when she saw the familiar car parked near the gate of her house. She became anxious as she remembered seeing the same car parked next to hers earlier when she went to the cell phone repair shop.
